First let me thank you for explaining this matter so clearly.
Here is my question: I transfer money to India for paying EMI's & other use thru Private Money Exchanges (Eg: Al Dar Exchange).
I give them FOREX and they deposit thru one of the Bank in India.
Should I deposit this money in NRO or NRE account? Till now i am depositing this amt in my NRO a/c.

The main difference between NRE and NRO is the Repatriation limit. In NRO there are some taxes up to 30% while in NRE no tax is levied.
You can transfer Money from NRE to NRO but can not do the reverse.
Here is a solution for you.
Send the EMI amount to NRO and remaining to NRE.

You can convert your savings account into NRO but cannot convert your savings account into FCNR.To open fcnr account you have to contact your bank relationship Manager.To open NRO account contact your bank Relationship Manager,he will send you a document online all that you need is to sign in and update it to your bank so that your savings account can be converted to NRO.Hope you understood the concept if not you can contact me on 8978112017 iam Pathan Imran Khan NRI Manager for Andhra Region working with Maxlife Insurance,India
