Prince William calls Charity Representative "a Bore" (I think)

It's kinda hard to hear but it seems as William walk away from the guy the he just shook hands with he seems to sigh and say. "He's a bore" or "It's a bore"
I'm starting to have more respect for Kate these days than I am for William. She has done more charity engagements this year than William and although 47 engagements is hardly a heavy work load for a future queen. At least she is trying and doesn't make rude comments in public like William.
