Oh, Priscilla! I'm sure you put most of us to shame! I try to be organized, but soon things are messy again. It keeps me on my toes. You are fortunate to have the space to STAY organized. That helps. You are truly a virtuous woman! I don't know how you manage to get everything done that you do! You are absolutely amazing ❣️❣️❣️
You are a Beautiful Lady, Ms. Priscilla &A HardWorker! I Love your Videos , Soo Proud I found your Channel, recently & Subscribed…… You have a Beautiful Family! Love how your Kid’s help & the Values you have! You are a Great Mother to your Children! God’s Blessings on You and your Family!❤️🙏😇
I watch videos of peoples food storage areas and am always taken back to my childhood days when my mother canned everything she could get her hands on. The garden in the summer and the canned food in the winter was our only source of food. We didn’t have a deep freezer until I was an older teenager so everything was canned. I remember my mother and other ladies talking about their canning “harvest” with such pride. Can you believe that one of my most vivid memories was of the summer my mom canned over 1,000 jars of food. This didn’t include any type of meat. Back then, the canning of meat had not been perfected. Anyway, I just had to share the “1,000” jar summer story. We worked from daylight to dark preserving the bounty that my father harvested for his family. Hard times were good times and such precious memories. Your canned food room looks so pretty.
Wonderful! You don’t need a lot of words to say how wonderful and wise your food storage is. Brings a lot of peace to your minds, and self reliance for your family! Thank you for the tour. I love it!
So well organize dear Priscilla! Just so well managed. As I have always said, you are a super wife, super mom & super woman all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Blessings.
You are a great momma. I have 3 boys. My oldest just graduated from HS last year and now is training to become a private pilot. My other 2 are in the 7th grade and I just love what you are doing.
You need a HarvestRight Freeze dryer. Takes food preservation to another level. I have been canning for 50 years and will certainly continue, but the Freeze dryer is a very wonderful thing to have.
Wow! What an amazing pantry! I know it was a lot of hard work gardening and canning, but the fruits of your labor have paid off for your family! Thank you for the tour of your beautiful place. God has truly blessed you and your family and I’m so happy for y’all! Priscilla, you are an inspiration to so many people. God bless you and your family always.
Thanks for the video. It brought back memories of my mother's fruit cellar. It had everything in it, much like your pantry. I told my children I never tasted store bought spaghetti sauce until I was 21 and out on my own.
What a beautiful food storage areas. I am working on getting mine set up this year I started canning and have enjoyed learning how to do it. The work is so rewarding. Tonight I made apple crisp with canned apple and it was so quick and easy. I also make a apple sauce cake that my family loves and will often make it into cupcakes so we can just grab them when we are in a hurry and it is something sweet that I make with fresh ground wheat berries so that it is healthy also. Having food canned and stored on the shelves is such a time saver and makes life so much simpler. I have also canned stews and soups for real quick meals. Thank you for bringing us into your home and sharing this with us
How comforting and peaceful, working in the garden in spring and harvesting as it comes ripe. The work it takes to do it all to me is very peaceful, busy and hard work but so worth it and so fulfilling having the peace of mind that you can feed your family if and when times get difficult as well. What a blessing. Loving how you all work in the garden to plant and harvest and prepare things together. The children will carry that on in their lives more likely than not and what a wonderful thing to hand down to your children to be self sustaining and hard workers. Beautiful tour! Thank you for sharing your life and productivity to us all...........very inspiring. God bless you all!
I enjoy canning and making jellies. I have a freezer just for some things from my garden,in prep sizes. I put the amount needed in gallon ziplock.bags and stake them flat in freezer. I have the amount of berries I need to make the jellies. I just drop them on floor to break them up and put them in Dutch oven I use to make jelly in and let them thaw. That way I'm not loosing any of berries.i cut up peppers in lay them on cookie sheet and freeze them. I them put all the sliced peppers in same color in freezer ziplock bags. I can or freeze from my garden and I dehydrate the herbs from my herb garden. Have you ever did a cook book?
Oh my goodness, so organized, and it all looks so good. Thank you for sharing all of this with us. You are a blessing to everyone. I always look forward to all of your videos. A beautiful family, god bless all.
I love salmon pattys ❤ and i love your pantrys and would love to learn how to can someday my grandmother taught me when i was young but i don't completely remember. But i would love to have q pantry of canned goods . I have always been drawn to amish like life had read a lot of amish books storys and would love to visit amish country someday. Much love and blessings from wv
I remember when I was a child(sixty plus years ago) my grandmother had a pantry full of preserves all beautifully lined up on shelves. There was enough to get through the year. In autumn (fall) there was mush time spent making jam and preserves. My mum used to do it too. Cooking was on a wood stove, no electricity. That is how it was, very different today. Your video in a way reminds me of those self sufficient days.(Australia).
You are a very busy Mom! A lot if work yet truly a Blessing. Thank you for sharing. I,m going to be canning jambalaya. I hope that I spelled it correctly. :-)
Well and wow 😊, just amazing and astonishing what you presented here in this vlog, thank you indeed. Don’t ask me as a Swiss citizen how I organize my food storage 😉. If ever possible and you have some hints how you do the homemade tomato sauce, carrots and pickles in glasses etc. I perfectly would appreciate it, thanks 🙏!
I love your videos, your wholesome beautiful outlook on life and your wonderful children bless my every day. Thank you for informative video on your canning and storage area.

I also have my own vegetable garden that I cultivate myself and therefore I always have fresh vegetables and fruit as well, I have apples, pears, grapes, strawberries, apricots, gooseberries, blueberries, Mirabelle, Plums, I really have EVERYTHING I do not miss anything. I've been doing stocks for a lifetime since I was 19, now I'm 60 and I always keep stocking up, I've never stopped stocking up.
It's always great to can and freeze your own food. My friend makes home made grape juice and it is delicious. Have a great week and Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you for sharing. The boys did a great job filming for you. I’m just starting to can fruit from my yard. You’re an inspiration. You’re very organized and prepared for winter. I’m giving apple cider out as Christmas gifts this year. I can’t wait to someday have a storage pantry like yours. 👍
We use a shoe organizer over door for bottles. We have family of 5 and everyone seems to have hot cups, water bottles, sport bottles… little ones get bottom level so they can reach ..thanks so much for sharing
Not only wisdom and wise, to have food in your pantry: But is RESPONSIBILITY also, especially when you have such a big family. And you don’t need to have a big family to have your pantry with goods you grown, made, gathered over time, it is being responsible over your own life how to feed yourself, instead of waiting for someone else to feed you which will fail you at times, aka the gov with their imported toxic goods. Well done! And a big hug to your family from Bucharest.
Thankyou so much for sharing your food storage! It reminds me of my Mom and all her work in canning hundreds of jars for our family of 12 children when we all still lived at home. I do some canning and preserving, but not near as much as you do! I would love it if you would do some canning videos in the future! God bless you all!
Wow what a nice and good episode, always so inspiring and nice to see everything your family doing, a fantastic life you live in the wonderful Montana Mountains. The type of household your family have with natural basic products/foods and ingredients etc etc..........as many people as possible should do their best to live the same way. Really provides conditions for a healthy and long life. God's rich blessing to you all in Miller family. Warm Regards from Sweden, Europe.
Thank you very much for showing us your wonderful stocks. I love canning, too. And in the last 3 weeks I preserved tons of quinces. Now I am almost finished. Tomorrow I will shredded some qinces and dry them for a very healthy tea. I like the idea to can rice. I will try this. Thank you for your lovely videos. I send you greetings from Germany, Sabrina🙋♀️.
Hooray for self reliance. A wise and inspired lifestyle. Yes, we enjoyed seeing how you are set up. We are somewhat concerned about our jars being compromised by earthquakes. With the times we are in we feel no one is immune to devastating adversities. We have put some wooden braces up to help stabilize them but if it is bad enough we wonder if this is enough. We will all have to do our best and rely on the Lord. Thank you for your wonderful videos. We love your sweet family. the Siffords
Thank you so much for showing us your storage!!!! I do about the same but scaled back for my size family. My garden never does good but I buy from my local farmers. I enjoy watching you channel so again thank you.
I hope Joas will put some sort of rail on the front of the shelved. You are in Alaska and there are earthquakes!. My niece lives in Anchorage and she keeps us informed. Hope you are enjoying Alaska, I miss seeing you in Montana though
What an abundant pantry. Your canning is absolutely beautiful with all the colors and variety of food. You are indeed ready for winter to come what may. Thank you for the tour and God Bless your family.
Hi Priscilla, wonderful pantry and food storage. I am sure you might know this but brown rice only stores for less that a year. The oil in the rice can make it go rancid. White rice is the best to store for long term. I hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. You are a bright spot for me to enjoy the family life. I was raised in a large family and brings back memories.
Hello again, what a beautiful canning closet and storage spaces. You are so organized, I just love every thing that you share it is all very inspiring , just so good. Thank you, God bless all of you, God loves you and so do I. Take care.
Thank you for the tour!
