I used just some regular spray paint from the local hardware store (it said "NC formula" on the cans description). Just a small tip, don't spray too much at once, but do it rather in several small layers, while allowing the paint to dry. If you spray so much it pools up it may start eating the foam. For writing the "FunBat" I basically just cut out the paper from a normal A4 paper in the shape of the letters and then kept that on the plane and sprayed it with white paint. Hope this helps :)
