It's so cool to see the progress/ the making of of Fable! She is one of my favourites and it's awesome to see how you created her! Especially since I thought you made her on PC! ^^
What on earth made you think to yourself: I need a substrate for a sculpture…look?! There’s a brush just sittin’ ‘round. Why not use it? I laughed when you stuck the handle in the brush head😂😂 Your sculpture is a work of art!
Kudos to your husband for weird art prompts: "Honey?! Can you sculpt a horse from a hairbrush?"...certainly wins the prise over any similar art prompts directed my way during Whyte Ave Art Walk @@DeeJayBeStudios
no reason why you can’t , even just on a smaller level. whether you’re already customizing/making total original pieces already, or are new, don’t count yourself out i started getting into customizing a year ago becuz of deejaybe, and am *very* slow about it when i (sporadically) do anything related, but i feel a lot more confident that at some point i could make sumthing decent . i’ve only taken off several necks+ made neck bases so far, and sandpapered models where needed a lot, and only recently started making an actual tail, and i spend time practicing sketching anatomy and reference pics (i’m now so much able to more see what were previously mysteries of how horses’s muscles were shaped and put together) but all in all i’m going along at my own pace to the points i want to reach, and do things here and there to prepare before making a step and what i’m trying to say is that with study and practice, and watching tutorials, this , to me at least, becomes so much less unfathomable to do vs how it used to be back when i first found deejaybe.

What an imagination. You do beautiful work Darynn.
You make it look so easy 😭 she’s so beautiful!!
smart idea taking decent enough objects as a base. like new techniques you’re doing, the already pre-finished tail was interesting
That was so amazing, I would not have believed it if I had not seen it happen!
You put so much effort into your work... People like you need more recognition
This is like the most beautiful model horse I've seen made from clay and a hairbrush. Keep the hard work up. 😁
