All in all this is a nice home. I love the colors especially pantry the 3whole baths ,the pantry WOW! It definitely has alot to offer and the price isnt bad either especially with some ive seen from others with not the concept of this one. Ok, 159 is very doable! Nice home. The one in ky has dark lowers, white countertops and white uppers. It is sharp. I found 2 acres in Somerset with water and electricity in place for 20k. Literally right down the road from this home. Could be fate...
Beautiful house! Not much of a foyer, more like a long hallway- no coat closet- but I’ll take it. The bedrooms are a nice size. Love the 3 bathrooms. The only real changes I would make are cosmetic changes for my personal taste. Over all it is a very nice home.
This is lovely. I'd change a few colours like flooring and counter tops. And to finish it off for me I'd like to have a built in oven with the microwave and an induction hob 😀

I wish the wood flooring wasn't so dark!! You've shown homes with much lighter flooring and the effect was stunning. LIGHTER FLOORING MAKES THE ROOMS LOOK BIGGER
Much more to like than not like in this home 😊. So nice to have a foyer, beautiful stone fireplace, and that fantastic archway to separate the dining room & kitchen from the living room. Having the French doors off the dining area was a huge plus! The flooring was a bit too busy for me, but I’m sure it could be changed. I prefer wood cabinets to the white. The pantry was huge, but why wasn’t it off of the kitchen instead of off the bedrooms and utility room in the hallway? The layout was a good one, and the master bedroom with that alcove was so special!!! The master closet, even though quite dark inside, was a real bonus! The price was amazing for the quality!!! All & all, you hit a home run on this one, Nate 🎉🥳🎉
Nice home but I would change the countertops in all rooms and the tile in the master shower. Not my cup of tea but I’m sure there are plenty of options.
For me the Living Room & bedrooms are too small, I do love the Fireplace. The Kitchen & Utility Rooms are very nice but Dining Area is also too small. Cut back on the Pantry some & add that extra space to the Dining Area. Have you ever toured The Big Chief by Deer Valley, please tour it.
I tried that when I first started and was told in the comments not to do it and find my own thing. Since my kid used to get excited when he would hear my voice on the TV then see me in the mirror, I started the Hello Raiden as my thing.
The outside doesn't impress me much, but the inside is a whole different story. I like the color of the hand laid tile. I especially like the fact that no marriage line on the floor will be visible. The master bedroom could be staged a couple of ways depending on what furniture one has. My king set would work in here. I love the addition of the retreat. It's a nice quiet place to read, write, think, etc. Just recharge one's batteries. I like the master bath overall, but the tub seems a bit on the small side and I'm not keen on the open end of the shower. I would prefer a door or a complete walk-in shower with zero threshold. A bench is a must. I don't like water closets. They are just too confining and not ADA friendly. As for the living room, I like the fireplace in the corner. I would prefer a gas model with a raised stone hearth. I like that there is a place for my entertainment center and don't have to place my TV above the fireplace. I like the dining room space and that the kitchen island doesn't have a sink in it. I prefer one where I have a solid work surface.
I don't like how the sink and mirror aren't centered in the guest bathrooms. It feels off kilter. The pantry is impressive. I would swap out the wire racks for solid shelving. I don't like board and batten walls, but I can deal with them in the closets. I did notice there wasn't exactly an overabundance of storage in other areas of the home. No coat or linen closets. Overall, I like it. There are more pluses than minuses. Good job.

It has a lot of potential but OMG the Brown has to go!!!! It’s overwhelming in the Master Bathroom!!! I’m not even a fan of the floors… way too dark… I love the Pantry and again it does have a lot of potential!!! I like the home… I would have to totally make my own… Right now it has way too much of a Masculine Vibe!!

I guess because it is not finished the house looks cheap, no crown molding, the ceiling seems low and the finishes look cheap. I like the size of the pantry and the master retreat is great, but the finishes like I said look cheap.

The layout is awful ,it should be open concept. The bedroom retreat Is weird. Not a fan of this one.
