God, this is one of the most emotionally epic songs I've ever heard. Daniel is a fuckin' beast of a singer, man. Such incredibly raw power behind that voice while still maintaining complete control over his singing. What an amazingly gifted singer and a very talented band, as well. I NEED to buy this album, if only just for this song alone.

He's going to India with the rest of the band (Friedman excluded sadly) as support for Lamb of God on a later tour, playing the Illusion side of the album in it's entirety. Side-note, Skyharbor used to be named "Hydrodjent" when it was still a one-man project with no vocalist, in case you're curious. He's also taking part in Absent Hearts, and of course came from Piano and TesseracT.

you tried singing any of their songs? i find spencer's songs more challenging to (attempt) to sing. at least with Daniel's vocal's i feel i stand a chance at not hurting myself. i would never go so far as to say one is better than they other, just different preferences of style. seems you don't like spencers more "lively" vocals and thats fine. ive learned to appreciate them both quite equally. we're here to admire and enjoy not debate.
The standard for debut albums has definitely been raised these past few years what with Periphery's s/t and Tesseract's One. But I think it was listening to Kezia by Protest the Hero that got me wondering why a lot of other bands weren't making music of that quality on their debuts, and PTH were only 17-18 at the time of release!
I'm a big fan of Skyharbor and TesseracT. I feel like you have either improved or have been given a chance to showcase you true ability. Whatever it is I love it. I still listen to this album on a regular basis! Your vocals are amazing!
