Your products and work ethic is awesome, if you do decide to do any kind of merch try do a pre-order instead. Like have a couple or one in each size for pictures and list it up. Since your business is mostly made to order it gives time for customers to order merch, and you send it into be embroidered or screen printed within a time frame? Just a thought, could also do it for the clothes you want to make as well 😊

Taylah Rose Have you thought of selling the fabric that you have had enough of maybe you could sell bolts or yardage easier if the fabric is old stuff you no longer want or like. Just a thought I am sure you have already considered that option.
How you can cut a straight line is amazing! As soon as the ruler disappears my hand goes all wonky lol. I have quite the collection of quilting rulers 😂. The crop duster dropping chip bags is such a cool idea! The kids must of gone crazy chasing bags of chips.

Oh, it was close to the beginning when she talked about how she was selling the rest of her merch (her logo wear) for almost half of what she paid for it. I personally think she did amazing with that launch - during the pandemic too as I recall, so she was dealing with higher shipping and manufacturing costs to boot, but still trying to keep prices reasonable for her customers. This girl is a phenom, so the experience will only make her stronger!

I was wondering what had happened with your merch! (Still catching up on your older videos from this year) I had a feeling it turned out to be too much of a hassle/time/storage/expense issue. I think it WAS a good idea (and I'm glad you went for nicer stuff), but I remember how it really threw off your packaging, storing, organizing & shipping when you had to first pull it into your inventory universe. Maybe something that can be brought back on a limited-edition basis in years to come, or in a different way? (Embroidered pastel baseball caps that pair well with scrunchied pony-tails?) or other/smaller/squishier/wee Taylah Rose merch?
Hope you have a great time in Melbourne and get to have a stall at the Finders Keepers markets, we have them at Brisbane also but I've never been to them. The Etsy markets have always been fun as a stall holder though not sure if they do them anymore in Melbourne
The Finders Keepers market in Melbourne is meh - funnily I did buy a scrunchie for $16 - there are quite a few scrunchie sellers so you will have competition. I think you should go as a “normal” person first and have a look 😅
