Developing the Annual Procurement Plan (AM Session)

In anticipation of full proclamation of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act 2015, as amended, (“the Act”), public bodies are reminded that, in accordance with Section 27 of the Act, the Annual Schedule of Procurement Activities is to be published on your website or in any other electronic format within six (6) weeks after the approval of the National Budget.
This session is also intended to provide you with guidance on the development and publication of the Annual Schedule of Procurement Activities for fiscal 2020/2021.
