Has anyone made this using 3mm twist cords and 1 ply cords? How long of each did you cut? I read in many comments that 50cm was not enough for 5mm braids cords so it’s difficult to convert to 3mm. Thanks
I just attempted this. With 5mm cord (which looks much thicker than yours in the video) cut to 50 cms, my cord was no too short to complete the knots/string. Soo sad :-(
This tutorial isn't possible to make. 5mm rope on a 6" ring @ 50cm per rope is barely enough to complete the second row. If you're going to try this, do it with a smaller rope! I went all the way up to 80cm on my 5mm rope and it still wasn't nearly long enough. I've wasted so much rope that I've cut for this which is pretty disappointing :/
Although you made such a beautiful pattern , but you were not ag all very clear in teaching . Half of your screen on top is empty and your kNots are not visible just out of screen . What's the point to show?Just showcase the finished product then !
I found the directions very clear and easy to read. I would need to have the directions to make this one. Just looking at the finished project I could not make it. I guess we all learn things differently. I did make this according to the directions. It turned out very nice.
This is a useless tutorial - how do you attach the mirror? A glass mirror is not going to be secure with glue. And a key ring? It will come undone and smash the mirror. Really not practical

Love this! Could you please tell me what is behind your projects that makes it so you can pin your projects in place while you're working?
Looks to me like the "sponge" I use with my felting needles.
@@sdials89 Where could I get something like that? Could you provide a link? Thanks!
Hi this is my first macrame project I have ever tried. What is the knot done at 1:38?
How much chord you take
Hey! can we use 3 mm twisted macrame thread ??
Totally how many meters do we need and how many chords we need?
I have used 3mm 50cm and it was to short for the middle 😒😒

Thinking of making but what happened actually? According to the measurement

Thank you for the heads up as I was about to cut rope for this. Sorry that happened to you.
I’m glad it helped someone!
Maybe it's 50cm per each half-circle?
the chords you used are definitely not 50 cm cuz I used 50 cm long and they came out short .. what a waste of thread 😒
