Nicolas Bustos crap. what if you have that reflective rectangular piece that some HUD modules come with? I bought a 45 dollar gps head up display thing. hasnt arrived yet. i dont wanna put the reflective piece on cos its ugly. but i wonder of that'll allow me to see it during the day

bbuildingmarch it depends on how bright is the light from the device. i remember there are some sticky reflective pads that go in the windshield too. i guess you will only know once it arrives

true. last question, do you feel that it distracts you from driving? like when you look at the speed on the windscreen, you might get target fixation and then you wont notice the car in front of you slowing down.

it depends on the localization of the hud, you can put it in the middle of the windshield you it works on the periphery of your visual field. you gotta test wich is the most confortable possition. i mostly only use it on long travels that ill make in nighttime by now.
