@@sickabyss2 My point is the tournament point values are based on how commonly seen the character is, according to the commentators.
Doom is extremely common. I'm surprised he's even allowed. But since he is allowed, he should be prohibitively expensive.
@@pablovonpablo2590 he is expensive he can't be paired w other top tiers. Modok gets lower then he can be paired w doom. Or he be paired w Nova or Spencer n just use the points to get a 1 or 2 points. Modok doom is extremely top tier duo

X-Factor Anchor Vergil is too strong and can wipe out teams on his own. All he needs is a lucky helm splitter. Doctor Doom has to work a little harder.

Not sure how much durability gong has but it has a lot I think. Maybe it traded? Or maybe it doesn’t reflect supers but nullify a few? Not 100% sure though. Good question.

Virgil being unavailable is the biggest argument for him being the best character in the game
They could give Vergil 8 points, limiting him to only 5 characters to form a team. In this case, Anchor Vergil would not always deliver.

X-Factor Anchor Vergil with 3 meters can kill pretty much any scrub team.
Zero could also pull this off, but the execution barrier is still there. And your assists need to be on point (not enough points for ZMC)

I think it’s not only based on the things characters do but also how common we see those characters in TNS. So basically it’s just to encourage players to play her.

I actually love that this is a Vergil banned tournament. lmao. Surprised Zero wasn't in the same position. Def think some of the ratios need adjusted though. Not by too much, but a a point up or down on a good portion of the cast. I think Doom, Morg, and Phoenix should be 7's. If you pick a busted character you should be relegated to garbage on the rest of your team. Surprised Nova and Spencer are so high, 5 should be good so you can't play them together, I mean Dorm and Mag are even 5 (they should be 6 over Nova and Spenc) But I don't know y'all scene well enough you know who your players play. Just want to see some more interesting teams and less of the characters we see all the time. But at the same time don't wanna have to watch people play characters they can't do anything with, just because the assist is decent and they're running a busted character.
Looking from the list phoenix is fine at 6 bc there is no actual good phoenix teams for her the only best 3 point character for her being wolvie and ammy we’ve seen Noel B and Rusty Shackleford run those shells. None of the one point characters help her at all when it comes for the dark phoenix game plan
@@pochoboto Yeah, but you don't need a team to use Dark Phoenix lvl 3 X-factor. You just run a big body or spam. You can have two useless characters you don't know and then sweep with her busted ass.
@@pochoboto Made one in like 2 seconds. Nemmy, Arthur, Phoenix. Just play spam and keep away with Rockets and any Arthur special then hope they don't have any anti-Phoenix tech.

@@pochoboto That's the entire point to spamming. Drag the game out and run away. A big body because it take more hits to kill you. More meter. You don't have to be incredible or even decent with your other two characters to get 5 meters by time you're on your last one, as long as you're not spending.

Maybe modded ones. Some stages are way too dark.

Some stages have more assets and therefore more lag.
@@martinleyva666 Excuse the graphics can always be lowered. Bonne Wonderland has as many assets as any stage, except maybe the training stage.

Morrigan is still the worst character to watch in this f#cking game...
Even in this ratio mode, a player who knows her, Dr Strange or Spencer is absolutely not the same ration as a played who never tried to be good with them.
I'd argue Zero is worse but idk I enjoy watching projectile zoning ig
@@illford MorriDoom isn't just projectile zoning... it's completely broken because Capcom testers couldn't perform this... so it was kept in the game and was never patched out. As it should have been.
This chart needs FIXED lol.
You need to make it 20 points to allow for more nuance. The characters just got way too expensive. Some low tiers that are super cheap are still aids with their strong zoning against other low tiers. Equally as boring as ZMC
20 points would mean top tiers all over and the point of ratio is to give others a chance to shine

@@hotzauhsePerhaps my point was lost. If they double the points the scale to distribute characters on is larger. A Doom would be 12/20 but a Spencer could be 11/20. I much prefer MarlinPies version anyways. Where the cost is tied to the assist.
