Thanks for reminding us, that a house is not only a house but has a soul, and singing such a beautiful tune when a manger appears in sight is simply genius. I liked the tour even better, because let's face the facts: hardly anyone dares to try new ways to advertise, especially when it comes to items such as homesteads. Loved the idea of singing. Hope more realtors will take a chance doing so. It would be so much fun and lovely, as I said, when fitting the situation, as it did here (around 9:09..).Loved it,
I am British myself as is Sarah however we are advertising globally so we just include the price in Euros, which is what you will have to pay for it. We cannot include all currencies.

In case it's useful to know, the last few videos have been a bit harder to watch with all the quick edits to cut out any silent time. It's very jumpy now when your eyes are trying to focus on one thing, and then it jerks to something else. A little disorienting! I think the unedited versions work fine because the tone of these kinds of videos is always going to be conversational and flowing, rather than the flash bang wallop of highly stylised videos that call for masses of editing. We're basically having a walkthrough of a property like we would in the flesh, so it's nice to let our eyes linger on different details as we would in a real viewing, rather than having it edited to prioritise the audio. My two cents.

Yes, we are still trying to find the right blend that optimises viewing experience vs how many people watch it we are a work in progress I know.
