Just a few kilometers away from Bengaluru, farmers are paying the price for a development project by the Bengaluru Development authority (BDA). The notification to develop Shivaram Karanth Layout was first issued in 2008. Over 3000 acres of land is being acquired in 17 villages by the BDA. Will the villagers get their fair share of compensation?

BDA sites are not for poor people usually BDA sites are used for NRI investment, business for brokers, black money market.
You are correct but many middle class people also got allotted sites from bda. Yes in the resale of the site it's only black money and NRI investment is a major part. That's the reason BDA put a condition of lease come sale here allotee can resale his site only after 10 years.

Farmers have to get market rates for their property otherwise better to halt the project. Eventually all the sites formed will go to politicians and their family and they will sell the same at premium

Those who has Revenue sites in that bda acquired area will get bda site. But do they have to pay any money for it ? What are the conditions for getting bda site for revenue site owners in that acquired land.? Thank you

He was one among the person involved in resort adultery that is why he lost upa lokayiktha post it is very hard here again he has made a reentry to shivaram karanth layout I dont expect any ethical practice from him he will make property for his doctor sons & daughters & inlaws he is a relative of ex minister who is no more sri h c srilantaiah

Sir, what about people who have purchased sites after 2018. Do they get alternate sites from BDS.
No sir I don't think so. Only those who purchased sites before 2018 will get alternative sites because in 2018 supreme court has ordered BDA to restart shivaram karanth layout.
@@AssetKannada we purchased DC converted sites in guni agrahara in the year 2020. We are in a dilemma. Still I am paying 16k emi per month. Like me there are 100 people who are paying EMI. As per your information is there any chances that we get plot. For God sache Can u pls suggest any solution to get rid off from this difficulty.
I suggest you better go and meet chandrashekhar comitee which is appointed by the supreme court who have their people in BDA looking into these types of matter .
@@AssetKannada already met them, but they are ignoring to look into it. The owner is getting back his share of land. Can we claim from him by taking legal action against the land owner.
@@mohankumar-fo9em I think you should consult lawyer. and since you are telling your site was DC converted usually BDA will not aquire converted lands. Better check the physical condition of your site also.

Sir I have a bmrda site and have only form 11b. Is form 9 compulsory as well?
If it's BMRDE site you will get all the documents 11E
If they acqurire as per old rate will they sell sites at 500 per sqft
It will be around 3000 per sq feet
But farmers and land owners only prefer to give there lands on 40 - 60 basis. For one acre of land given to BDA the land owners will get 9683 sft of developed plot.
Rate is 5000 per sq feet
