He reminds me of a lot of males with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No ability or desire to relate to other human beings -- like an actual human being. Their arrogance is beyond off-putting. They may excel at their jobs (often of a technical or scientific nature, where there isn't a lot of human interaction, and where they can get away with being prats). But most of them (who are fortunate to have resources) don't even try to, ahem, parrot other people, and at least learn how to be even marginally courteous. Whatever this guy's problem is, he's an emotional dead zone. Kudos to the parrots who couldn't be bothered to descend on his face. They're clearly more evolved than he is. Hilarious. (For those with ASD, who actually try to learn how to get along with other people, and rein in their arrogance, props to them. It's not easy for them, but a sincere effort can go a long way in the eyes of others.)
