    I'm glad you mentioned that the hub can be out of balance because I have some props that I have worked on forever and can't get them right and thought it might be the hub. I'll go back and try again. Thanks. Bg4l

    Interesting... Maybe i'll buy some extra props to try some off the things. I prever to try things myself. Already altered some pliers (wire stripper) to cup the edge off a prop. Havent tried it really, but the tool is there and it works, only it puts small dents directly next were you squeeze the metal so maybe needs some altering (rounding).. Tested it on a old prop...

    I found that rounding off the tips on about a 31/16” radius don’t cost speed but makes for cooler temps

    ive tried working on one of these. Just so much mass to remove! Wouldnt it make sense to take all that thickness off the trailing edge where you did the filling?

    this is one of props I've been messing with from the zelos ? If I'm not correct dang fun prop

    Nice work Big B. I don't like working on the front side of the blade cause I'm never sure if both blades are the same shape.

      I know what you mean, it's really had to judge.. I've tried working darn near every part of a prop, only mod I've yet to try is a barr cut

    i looked very interrest your Videos about the Black Jack 42. I have the same Boat, but i find here in Germany not so many Informations about this Boat and his Tuning. My Question is : Can you recommend a Propeller for this Boat, witch i can buy (Diameter and Pitch or Brand) to powerd the Speed over 85 km/h.I am a Amateur on this Hobby. Its not possible for me to edit a Propeller at Home. Sorry for my bad English ans i Hope you can help me ! Thank you for your Answer.

      Cnc 5016 (3 blade) is a good one for 70+mph
