In part 2 we continue to explore the wye valley before relaxing the late summer sun and then the following day exploring Stokesay Castle. This is a great way to use Harry our Auto Camper exploring the UK countryside.
Our names our Stew & Jane and along with 'Harry' our Auto Campers Ford Custom Transit campervan we are Getaway Geese, we record our adventures as we enjoy the freedom of vanlife. We hope our videos inform and maybe inspire you to vanlife whether that be permanent living or casual trips.

That was lovely to see Stokesay Castle. We had a drive out there one evening in the summer when they were shooting the Billie Piper film. The crew were parked in the cafe carpark and they’d created medieval buildings at the side of the castle. Cheese and trifle in the camper after looked a real winner! X
We loved it the audio tour just gave you an easy way to consume the history and so well preserved

Totally agree with your comments about Stokesay Castle especially the audio guide, it is excellent. Love to see/hear your natural interactions/comments (reminds me so much of us), I have laughed out loud so many times. Especially the episode when you were looking to park up down that tiny/steep lane near a lake/reservoir with the gun wielding farmer/fisherman. We have watched it several times🤣. Wishing you many more happy travels and subscribers in 2022.

🤣🤣🤣 I say the exact same thing to Karl when he explains something. "Don't ever become a teacher!" I say. We were doing the brain ache thing the other day too over a band my son likes, even Google couldn't help lol. Where the chuff was that bridge so we can avoid it! It didn't look very strong. Love Stokesay Castle. On our list to revisit, it's lovely. Funny video, you do make us laugh.

Great entertainment with plenty of laughs - the robin selfie, toilet tent packing and cornflakes birthing in particular 🤣🤣🤣
You only need one pair of shoes, maybe an exception for a pair of half wellies if it is going to be muddy or sandals for the beach depending on the season. Always keep a microfibre cloth tucked in a corner for the floor, no more ruined hankies 😆 Keep up the content guys and have a Happy Christmas 🎅🏻 🎄🙂👍
UA-cam has only just shown this so real apologies as not my mode of operations as you know. The toilet tent will now be ditched in the main except for special journeys - Jane is looking for over shoe options - so that needs to be a one in one out policy lol

You two are absolute stars. We love your videos especially as a Sunday morning wake up watch and giggle. Just for the record Jane, Stu does have at least 3 friends, Chris dad and me, in fact we think you two are the best. Hay Castle is due to open in April, we were fortunate enough to have a preview tour around a few weeks ago and the view from the viewing platform at the top of the castle tower was amazing and inside the workmanship is phenomenal , there will be the history of Hay Castle as well as how Hay came to be so well known for books thanks to Richard Booth so definitely worth a visit back and as an added bonus it will be free entry with some fabulous exhibitions planned and a super duper cafe on site, on top of that you we get to see you both again. Thank you for another great video showing Hay and of course our little campsite we look forward to seeing you both again in 2022, have a great Christmas. Lynda , Chris and Peter

We had a good laugh at Jane's gimbal training and we thought the cornflake bag was going to burst all over the place. Move over David Attenborough there's a new wildlife channel in town 🤣👍
