What a shame but I 100% agree, I would never feel completely comfortable on the ground floor, especially with big windows, doesn't matter who you are. It was fun getting to see it and Wicker Park kicks azz.

Just like you I love the apt but there is a difference between being on the first floor and being on display. The last time I saw a girl in a window was in Amsterdam. Maybe not Uhh? Keep searching and we will keep watching. Much love to you both.
I saw the same unit online the other day and was interested but I didn't notice if was first floor unit. That's also a deal breaker for me for the same privacy reasons. Also, something about the second bedroom felt off.
