7:00 I would say the Evolve Deck is more like an Extra Deck, rather than a side deck.
Yup basically the card game is cool it’s like heart stone with a extra deck and anime art

if i dont want to spend money on 6 cerberus card, what can i swap them for?
Not much is a great replacer, but you can use the starter LG instead and maybe change 1-2 cards to have more of the forest bat synergies.
the vampire queens abilaty confuses me a bit does the war happen as a part of the act agility?

For each starter deck you only need to buy one - the starter decks have a full set of the exclusive cards in each box
