Awesome video and great information Sammy!!!
im an avid 60x60 pro owner...i recently purchased an co2 laser and started using lightburn software...lightburn has a "frame" function that shows the user where the cnc will be cutting (on a cnc router that means no more hitting clamps) lightburn also has a camera module that supports a camera on the laser i would love that capability in mach4...also lightburn has a feature called print and cut "intended for stickers or whatever" on a cnc router that would allow the user to realign a file to a project/material with perfect accuracy (after a crash or power outage or after material has been removed from the machine ) that feature capability in mach4 would also be very very welcome...maybe avid could offer support of those features being added to mach4..?
hint hint....
Ok, maybe I’m a little slow, but there’s issues that aren’t addressed. Like, if your sensors are placed exactly where specified, but the machine hits a bump stop. I would think, the correct way would be to address this in this video, rather than perusing the whole library of videos. Or the file you mentioned for the hold downs. Never named, nor addressed where it was found. Was this off a Vetric program, or built in to Mach 4. I’m just riding the struggle bus, so don’t mind me…
Where did you get the gcode file from? It's not visible when I search for it.
Is the file for the clamps available anywhere?
How do they not include the clamps file for this?
Thank you that was great, Where do I get the nylon nails and what type of air hammer is that your using
