Thanks for the kind words. It's true that the string quartet evokesa lot of different emotions than the orchestra
Wow😮😢
Wooooooooow
Wait is it played like that to represent the nuclear reaction? Like it gets faster and faster like the reaction
This beautiful composition by Göransson is actually incredibly difficult to play. This is mainly due to how many times the tempo changes in the piece. A fun little exercise, try and count how many times the beat changes in this video! Amazing playing to all who were involved!
Thank you very much! Yes these tempo changes are quite challenging and not often found in classical string quartet music. Despite this our musicians delivered a great performance
Frissonsssssss 😖😖💖💖💖💖
this was indeed beautiful. amazing work folks.
Thank you so much! Our work is always a result of the collaborative efforts of incredibly talented individuals
What mic do you guys use? its sounds amazing
Thank you! For violins and viola: Lewitt LCT 140. For cello: Shure PGA27
How is everyone on tempo when the tempo keeps changing 😢
The musicians we work with are very skilled. Ludwig Göransson also did a great job of making the tempo changes seamless. Every eight bars the bpm increases, but before the change there is a transition from eighth-note sextuplets to semiquaver quatrains which gradually increase the speed
@@DoublesharpProduction That's incredible 👏
Play interstellar theme
Yeah! We have already scheduled to record Interstellar theme for its tenth anniversary in September
POV: Hiroshima man🤓🤓🤓
zzzzzz
" not quite my tempo" but nice try .
Lmao I was just thinking this… Just shows how wildly difficult it must’ve been to get Ludwig’s ever changing tempo right for the film’s score. Also they cut this wayyyyy too short. Still sounds really good though.
