4 Minutes of Oppenheimer in 4K | IMAX

- Disclaimer for the people saying this is not in IMAX, I'm referring to the clips being shot with an IMAX camera. All other footage from the movie that was not shot in IMAX isn't present in the video.
Firstly, I'd like to thank you guys for 500 subscribers, this is a milestone I won't soon forget. (: Passing a quarter million views on Interstellar, on top of all of your inspiring comments have motivated me to push out my best project yet.
It's finally here after a month! I apologize for the longer wait than usual, lots of work at my day job on top of the holidays haven't given me much time to work on the project. I hope it was worth the wait!
Oppenheimer is one of my favorite movies of all time, as I was already well educated on Oppenheimer before the movie came out. Christopher Nolan did a great job portraying the guilt he faced, and I tried to match that here.

You're witnessing me in the process of chasing my dreams of becoming a full time editor. Thank you so much for being a part of my journey! :) - Фільми й анімація
Thank you guys so much for half a million views! It seems the 7 Oscars definitely helped me reach this milestone, but I'm so thankful for every single one of you, this is the second video of mine to reach this mark, and I'm hoping it won't be the last. Stay tuned for more exciting content to come! (:
Much love, Phased. ❤

Type pal x
@@robinbrahm3662 'Member 2023 when the naysayers were proclaiming it a flop? lol. LOL.
Soundtrack
they wont buy you food
The tempo of the music is so wild. Ludwig Göransson was crazy for that
300 beats per minute then down to like 60 then up again, all live, will do that to ya
he's so underrated, nolan wanted zimmer for this movie but imo ludwig is way more creative, while watching i noticed in the part where they're lifting the bomb for testing he used radmeter sounds as percusion for the theme, such a little touch that makes the scene sooo much better, also the tenet soundtrack is my favorite movie soundtrack ever
Wow I never knew how outstanding my phones screen was this is Amazing
Movie was filmed in 18K better look good lmao
OLED power
Thanks to hoyte 😅
Display manufactured by Samsung?
youtube compression probably makes it look like ass
I saw this movie the first time last night and was blown away. It’s the realization of what he did after he discovered they dropped his creation in Japan and he had to live with it that got me.
Those were the emotions I was trying to convey (:
@@StayPhased For me your video is 10 times better than the movie.
Yeah, like everyone was telling him about this _before_ the bombs were dropped. And he is suddenly realizing only after the fact? He is a crybaby.
Can you hear the music❌
Can you feel the music ✅
It is this scene that deserves an Oscar. With victory Oppenheimer, with victory Christopher Nolan. A movie that needs to be felt
2:03 you combine the song and truly make it sound heavenly.
what the song he combine?
@@73ddy88 “Can you hear the music”
man i'll never get over this movie. it reached a level a cinematography and storytelling i've never seen before and this video is proof of it. i hope cillian, christopher, ludwig, rdj and the rest of the crew get their well deserved oscars
I can’t wait to get the BluRay Steelbook of this so I can see it another 10,000 times at home.
I don’t care if anyone says anything bad about this movie if I had one word to describe it would be “perfect” from the cinematography to the acting it was perfect
It was VERY good, NOT perfect. Too many boring parts.
A modern masterpiece, a magnum opus. A truly unfathomable body of work. A remarkable cinematic achievement. Throughout the rest of humanity, this film will be seen as one of the absolute greats.
Hahaha
@@_Wakaz_
Saying there’s to many boring parts is just cus you don’t admire the film it’s not like the whole movie would be just explosions this movie was a film biography of Oppenheimer
Its a VERY good movie, just dont agree with all the over the top gushing about it!@@user-wi5vm1mf2e
Ludwig Goransson just nailed it...best sound track of 2023...
i wanna wacth oppenheimer again, bro, this movie was just so perfect, i wanna feel all of the emotions that i feel that night, that was my best day of 2023
Jeez.. this gave me chills. I wasn’t even a big fan of this film when I saw it in IMAX, but this edit really made me feel the emotional power behind it. Remarkable job! Also, I just watched this on my 4k 55-inch OLED Tv and it looked fucking phenomenal!
Thank you so much for the positive feedback! I appreciate it more than you know (:
Nice flex 😂

The US people only know about the atomic bombs dropped on Japan, but 300,000 people were burnt to death in the air raids on the Japanese mainland by incendiary bombs. During World War II, only the US military carried out such large-scale, indiscriminate mass killings.
Wait till you hear what Japan did to China and other South Asian Countries“only the US military carried out such large-scale,indiscriminate mass killings.” Your naïveté on history is showing. Ever heard of what happened in Nanjing, what the Japanese did to 300,000 Chinese people.
Awww looks like someone's kawaii-washing Japanse history during WW2. Why don't ask the people of East and Southeast Asia about the "indiscriminate" things the Japanese did there?
@@decomposedthoughts7955Shut the hell up. No one deserved to die in that horrible war. It wasn't the innocents who did those horrible things, it was the Japanese Military Complex. As well as the United States Military Complex. NO INNOCENT DESERVED TO DIE. NO ONE.
Unit 731 anyone?
In September 1944, nine American airmen survived when their planes were shot down off the coast the tiny Pacific island of Chichijima.
Eight of the young men were captured by the Japanese, tortured and eaten.
The ninth drifted out to sea and was remarkably rescued by the US Navy.
That survivor was a 20-year-old pilot who would go on to become President, George HW Bush.
This too
Japan and Russians already lived in USA but they did sthg stupid and got what they deserved...at the time
This movie truly shows how much suffering Oppenheimer caused, and that he's aware of it.
you mean how much suffering he prevented?
@@faffgreg3362 no lol
he did prevent some suffering in some sense@@Proxuius
@@josephantony603 that is the bare minimum bro
@@Proxuiusyou do realise that there was a race against time with the nazi of making the bomb? It was not just a whim that that bomb was made and Japan was wanting to fight to the death… many American soldiers lives were at stake look at the numbers killed so far then.. this was not a clear cut good or bad matter here
neils bohr:algebras like sheet music the important thing isn’t can you read music.it’s can you hear it.Can you hear the music rober.?-
robert oppenheimar:yes i can
Seeing this movie in 70mm imax was the greatest theater experience of my life

and he won the academy award for best actor
made me shed tears, when you realise what these people actually achieved is remarkable. makes you belive that there is no limit to humanity.
Yupp. What can human brain manifest
Even a short quarter of a minute can give you shivers if you have great videos and music.
Sometimes, you can forget that UA-cam has great videos. This is by far, an amazing video! A lot of work put into this. The timing of every cut, sound mixing, and going through hours of footage is insane. Great job! I loved this movie! If they gave Oscars to edits, this would definitely be a nominee!
This means so much to me, thank you so much! (:
Oscar awards absolutely deserved!
1:30 wow this part is simply stunning good job man!
Thank you for ending it how it should. With his face from the end scene displaying all of this playing inside his head. Wonderful edit
Thanks for this, really moving.
Even with my cracked phone, this was gorgeous. Thank you!
Insane to think that this man impacted the world we live today. Dude is a huge reason the USA has been the #1 world power.

The road to disaster is paved with good intentions
Oppenheimer gave Atomic Power to mankind and for that, fate had him suffering from grief and regret for his entirety of life...
MASTERPIECE ! Oscars Winner 🏆
I swear every role played by Cillian Murphy was actually played by a different person.
What an incredible actor!
A job amazingly well done!! And the mix at 2:03 was too good! Awesome work 💖

3 minutes of complete goosebumps.
This movie is so beautiful.
One of the best films ever made
I watched it in 2160p...took some time to finish the whole thing...but worth the wait ... brilliantly captured frames
I've got tears in my eyes, I just can't comprehend human made horrors which actually seem so, magical

You've nailed the ending bro😂❤
I think nobody will ever hear the music better than oppenheimer

Ending was amazing. A third of the movie was about the conversation oppenheimer had with albert, and the it ends showing us what they talked about. And it was truely something scary to hear.
