It really depends on what your doing. First from everything I've heard the Bubble coupe is worst. For Asphalt it may depend on driving style but I liked driving the Coupes (34Ford in my case) better than the sedan. For dirt I don't know, I see a lot more sedans on dirt than on Asphalt. I don't believe there is a ton difference between the two (although there are some weight savings and roll center gains) it's really what do you like. The biggest difference is re-sale, coupes (other than the bubble) have higher re-sale because everybody thinks the weight and roll center savings are worth it.
Coupes are slightly lighter and have a lower roll center therefore they may be more nimble than coupes. I don;t know why you would see more sedans on roadcourses, unless your talking in Europe. There are more sedans in Europe for a whole different reason.
I don't race anything now but only raced Legends previously. Prices range from $5k to $20k with new ones from the factory at ~$15k. There really isn't a "better" one as they all come out of the same chassis shop, but some like coupes or sedans more. You can check out www.uslegendcars.com/ for more info or even better check out Just Legends facebook or some of the other Legends Car facebook groups for more info.
They still raced in the South on a touring series. www.allisonlegacy.com/ If they caught on I would so own one. I like the chassis and suspension options better on the Legacy cars.
Yes they got to greedy and thought everyone should pay top dollar for their car. Had they been better at marketing their product they could have been bigger than the Legends cars. At one point they had 10 series running across the country. Now they have one which is their own which barely fields 10 cars. I feel it is a far better car than the Legend car it was just run by people who didn't know how to properly market their product.
Question, what happened to the 37' Coupes? Were they de-registered? I am not seeing them in the 2022 videos. I really like the 37' coupes, because they were the ones that used to compete in the Argentinian Turismo Carretera (TC), until more modern models started to appear like the Ika Renault Torino, the Chevytu, and the Ford Falcon to mention some modern compacts of that time ... . Greetings from Argentina

Considering all the nice jigs (about 4:00) they have it's really hard to understand how they manage to screw up the end result. Some of the brand new frames are twisted when they arrive (without any hits) Friend of mine got one where the other side of the front clip was one inch up when it was leveled on a table (whole frame was twisting, not just the front clip, but they fixed just the clip to correct the suspension points). Maybe something really wrong with the welding sequences?
It's the welding sequence and they just don't have good quality control. A lot of people I know buy frames from them without front clips and then have another shop stress relieve the chassis before putting on the clip. When your the only manufacturer of a product you don't have a lot of incentive to provide the best quality product.
I highly doubt this guy is from the south that’s carrying the camera. He makes a comment saying “ there the customer if that’s what they want” but in a rude way. The guy that’s giving the tour. He’s from the south how he answered that question wasn’t rude or condescending in anyway. That way of answering translation to Yankees. He was saying “whatever floats there boat” then this guy responds with there the customer if that’s what they want as if he’s offended for them. It’s interesting how people don’t understand the non verbal tone. When he said idkahhh. That’s just saying in the south whatever floats your boat. And the guy interviewing sounded like he took offense to it. The guying giving the tour is quiet cause he is t understanding what pissed the guy off. Wow, you read waaay too much into that..... I'm not sure if Iowa makes me a Yankee or not? Yes
Where are the bodies made? Are they made of fiberglass or steel?
Legends are fiberglass. Dwarfs are sheet metal.
Yes, fiberglass
