Nick Stellino is my favorite TV Chef. He reminds me so much of my Dad who was also an authentic Italian (Sicilian) Restaurateur all his life.
It has been forever since I have seen you on TV, I always watched your show you made such beautiful dishes and I loved that smile it's wonderful to have found you once again ❤
This guy is a national treasure. I'm not Italian, but this guy is phenomenal
Thank you!
this a big shit
Are you being sarcastic or for real for real
I could listen to him for hours.....love that accent!
Don't say that, I'll never shut up ;)
He is so handsome, has a nice voice and a hot accent!
I just made this. It was by far the best alfredo I have ever had!!
I love this guy! He has lots of charisma and great personality...great video
Nice recipe , but the sound of that spoon makes me cringe
Show some
Late to the party... but I made this recipe tonight for my family. Easy, quick and absolutely delicious! Thank you!
Bro is using a metal spoon in a teflon pan
lmaoo
That made me question everything Immediately
I know it drove me nuts lol
Feonalilly it makes me sad
I was just about to say that, but you said it first 🤣
Did this for my Italian partner and it went well. Very very well. I had to add some salt though. Be careful not to add too much and ruin the whole thing but definitely needed some salt. Also added some chopped parsley and the cheese I put in before and after the pasta was put in.
It was so good.
Your smile is making this vedio more sweet than the meal ❤ it's looking delicious
I tried this out for dinner today and it was fantastic 👏 😋 👌 So easy to prepare!
What sauce tho? Besides the Parmesan cheese
for me italian is the best cuisine in the world on my holidays to italy when i was much younger i fell in love with their culture simple humble full of passion fabulous in my opinion whats not to like?
WHOA.... that is REALLY good. I am definitely using this recipe from now on
Did you cook the cream on a medium heat or a high heat?
@@jessicaandcharli7114medium heat to not burn the sauce! and keep stirring
Oh my god i ate this for dinner and its amazing!!!
Did you cook the cream on a medium heat or high heat?
what kind of cream dis you use, heavy or light cream?
Amazing Man! Thank you for recipe! ❤️
I like the way he talks! This looks so nice !
What cream did you use? Heavy cream?
That’s what I’ve tried to find but idk, do you know
Yes use heavy cream
This guy rocks!
All those GREAT ITALIAN names of cars in one dish ..LOVE IT !!
For those who don’t know, calm down.
That’s a hard-anodized nonstick cookware, like Calphalon.
So yeah, it’s metal-utensil-safe. 👌🏻
Are you okay
Italians should be proud of their culture.
Im prrtty sure they are
We are
I love Parmesan mine isn't italian but I hope to try it one day Parmigiano reggiano
Mamma Mia that looks so delicious🤗😋🙏🏻❤️
Looks wonderful! I will try this tonight! Thank you! 🌞
2 recipes of awesomeness
Okay but why does he give me grandpa vibes 🥺 I just want a hug from him
Hello. I made this dish this evening. Delicious.
Did you cook the cream on a medium heat or a high heat?
Do you cook the cream on a high heat or just medium?
You ruined the pan
He reminds me of Gianni Versace. Great simple elegant recipe. Will come in handy in a few hours.👍
Simple and delicious 😋
This is the most italian video I've seen so far..
I clicked the video based on the title. When it came up and I saw him! That's my guy! I love watching his cooking shows on PBS!
I loved that accent so much that i seen this video 5 times 😍
Bravo, Nick! Thank you for NOT calling this Tortellini "Alfredo"! Most restaurants (and many "high end" Italian Restaurants) make their "Alfredo" with cream, butter and parmagiano. Even adding other things like nutmeg shallots, garlic, etc. It's a "Cream Sauce with parmagiano" NOT "Alla Alfredo"! Authentic "Alfredo" is equal parts butter and parmagiano, PERIOD! Black pepper is fine! I was told this by Chef Renne ("The Black Hat Chef" who had a PBS show in the 1980s and quite an ego!) many years ago after a few cocktails! He worked at Alfredo Of Rome! Don't even get me started with what most places call "Carbonara"! NO CREAM PLEASE! I truly enjoy your videos and stories! Mangia Bene!
I'm Allergic To Cream
I have made this for years for my Family using Milk. I also add pepper.
Yummy
Very nice cream/parmesian recipe.
Curious?
Can you add butter, capers and lemon?
Good idea 🤤
👏👏👏 fabulous and so simple. So glad you didn't make a béchamel sauce. I knew you'd make something amazing😊.
Looks good I would add some garlic
Can we use another type of cheese?
My mom would bomb the whole street if I use a spoon on such a pan
Whoa...
Pepper makes it perfect!
Complimenti bello 😍
Love It! Greta love nickpecoraro
*"DO NOT USE ANY METAL OBJECTS IN A NON-STICK PAN!!" [-My mom]* Wonder what she'd do if she saw this video 🙃
I love Nick Stellino, but the metal spoon in the pan is driving me crazy --- With all due respect Mr. Master Chef -- wooden spoon , right? Nice easy recipe though - I add a lot of Parsley at the end, and some Red pepper flakes on top.
What a charming smile you have! 😍
Why do italian food portions look like they’re being served to mice???
What do you mean? It's a normal serving
this is my username my guy, there are literally 10 individual pasta pieces in that plate what do you mean normal serving?😂
@@fadedtoblue5177 unlike americans, we have normal, human servings
Blados bro that’s like 300 calories at most how the hell is that normal
That is very true, have been to 5 different restaurants in italy and all of their pasta dishes are served as if they were starters.
I just can't with the amount of people who think this is some cheap teflon pan like the ones they buy at Walmart 😂.
parmejano rejano
He didn't say how hight to put the heat. The spoon on that pan, the sound it makes is atrocious
You should add chapters and pin a comment to maximize engagement for your channel.
Make sure to scratch the Teflon coating of your pan with the spoon too... 🤔
Where is the recipe? How much cream? How much Parmesan cheese?
Wood spoon next time....
Can I also add mushrooms on it?
No, you can´t, that´s impossible
@@MrBierbanger The police literally came to arrest him for even thinking of doing so. RIP
Don't try it man... last guy who tried ended up all over the walls, it was gruesome.

I cringed so bad when I saw that metal spoon 😰😰
I would not use a metalspoon in a non-stick pan tbh.
Where’s the flavor?
(my Italian side be like) “Shining on my ex” 😗🤚
got no cream so I'll make a thin bechamel
That spoon. What else can be used to stir.
Why in the world he's using metal on none stick is beyond me
Is the pasta cooked b3fore you add it to the cream. Bro wtf this is bunk. Spell it out for us
I know I know, uncultured...what is this "cream" he's speaking of..?
Olive Juice heavy cream
@@SADTXNY you're my saviour.
@@SADTXNY i was trying to translate olive juice heavy cream ... and after 3 mins it hit me.
Teflon cancer added in recipe
So this is supermarket pasta thrown in a pan with cream and cheese? Cooked with the wrong implements?
Is that milk
Nvm
When a man cooks with a sexy side to it...I'm all good
🤯 the sound of the metal spoon scraping the Teflon is soo cringe
Why not double cream and not single cream? Also ppl you need garlic.
Alignment Six Trading and smoky ham bits
Stopped watching because of the metal spoon
Cora alice Nugent Nobody cares.
A chef scraping a metal spoon in a Teflon pan?! Omg I can’t even watch anymore. The SOUND!! And he “doesn’t know” why pasta water helps with the sauce? What. On. Earth... next...
That's not tortellini
Well if you're a vegetarian, "Parmaggiano Reggiano" is not suitable so one has to go for a vegetarian rennet parmasan.
That would be a good replacement
What kind of meat is there in Parmaggiano Reggiano?
Markus Andersen :
Look up rennet ...
Haiiiyaahhh. You use metal on paaaan. :^))))
you are destroying the pan!
Please use a wooden spoon my god
NOOOOOO! In our Italian home the wooden spoon was Moms Rod Of Discipline. Many a spoon has met its' demise, breaking over my seat of knowledge.
who care for the PANN ecept of uuuu, the mass of water te temp the tortolini vs watter thats is
neandertali start cook.... whf
Next time just use ur hands...
