Sorry you experienced those issues and I am currently working on a piece from the same company. Not sure how I feel about it. No Abs or glitter drills so I am adding my own and just a note. There is 1 company that makes their own drills in house in the same country they are based and this Diamond Art Club. But yout honesty is much appreciated.

I would of never thought it was the glue, but it musks sense! Lovely kit and that was amazing they sent a new kit!
Beautiful kit. Such a shame you had the problem with popping drills. So good that they have sent you a replacement kit.
