I didn’t need to know anything about this topic but I’m impressed by the animation. Now if that animation technique should be applied to technology that matters to normal people.
Neat so its like a combination of a jaw crusher and a cone crusher. I can definitely see how you could get higher production number from a setup like this. But i feel it is more sensitive to raw material size vs a conventional method. Definitely a good system for secondary processing though.
How hard would it be to remove a loaders bucket tooth that jammed the in the unit How much of the machine would need to be dissembled to clear the jammed tooth
The machine has a hydraulic anti-jam feature that opens the jaws automatically. If that was to fail to work, there is a control to open the jaws manually. If a tooth jams in the pre-screen it will not affect operation to any significant degree and can be removed during the normal maintenance cycle.
First time I seeing esentric crusher, I saw only gratory crusher and jaw crusher, I saw esentric screen in iron ore plant , what is the capacity of this crusher and what is it's advantages?
The thing with a real one is that you won't be able to see its inside while it is working as the front cover that is removed in the animation is a crucial structural part of the machine.
I am new to crushers, but i am hoping to become more broadly educated in their design and use. What kind of crusher should i learn about next? Are there any big names in the world of crusher designs, like a father of crushing? Any materials notoriously difficult to crush? Please guide me on my crusher/crushing journey
🤔💭 What are the logistical considerations we need to address in order to have one of these installed in Washington DC? Power Requirements, Foundation Size and weight specifications, etc ? Oh, We'll print the "Money" alright.
I think they’re trying to sell it as “jaw-crusher 2.0” specifically with regards to maintenance and repair but I can see where not having a reciprocating mechanism could make it more efficient. Cycloidal drives are seriously high-torque and that offset rotation definitely looks like a cycloid.
I would like to see the real deal in hard rock crushing not a computer image would be a nightmare in very abrasive material big jaw any day of the week
Can't see how this crusher is anywhere near as good as a jaw crusher, they use an eccentric shaft to generate movement which is then amplified by a double toggle arrangement which delivers enormous impacts to crush the material.....just thought that might be important!
Ore mines need these also they should use the outside parts that never get mined for solar or wind or bolth to reduce there co2 footprint as they use shit loads of power.
Corperate video made for mining executives, watched by a millennial truck driver on a sleepless night. Smashing.
For the man who has everything.
It's far down in my wishlist, but it's there
I'll remember this the next time I need an industrial grade crusher
When do you not need an industrial grade crusher??!?

Hahahahahahahahaha. Okay okay I'll give you that.
Any day now
Absolutely no one is here because they searched "semi mobile rock crusher."
just randomly appeared in my feed.... interesting to know how it works though.
How do you know..?
I was looking for a fully mobile rock crusher, but this is still informative
Not a damn soul.
😂😅😂😅😅😅@@KingXArthur
It's always these videos at 3 am on a sleepless night.
The jaw liners and crusher jaws being rotatable and reversible is basically double lifetime worth of wear.

...a distinctive variation on eccentric movement put to work...ahm...a smashing design!...
Does it come in red?
I am sorely disappointed to to find out a rotating grizzly is not, in fact, a grizzly bear.
Interesting variation on a jaw crusher.
yes i would imagine it gets past some of the wear and blockage issues jaw crushers have
Next time I need something really eccentric, I know where to find it.
That's so much!

Originally a thyssenkrupp design. Tried for the first time in Australia.
Odd as it may sound, "Rock Doctor" here. This is cool stuff. Would be nice to have film of it in operation. Mining Pron. Sweet.
Thank goodness the grizzly is rotatable!
How hard would it be to remove a loaders bucket tooth that jammed the in the unit

didnt the video say it had an anti-jam mechanism that just let uncrushable stuff through?
Your tooth would be mixed in with the crushed gravel.

How about showing a real live one?

So what?
The whole point of this video is to show how it operates. It's kinda hard to see that with all the covers on

What are the advantages of this over a regular gyratory crusher?
Smaller, probably cheaper. This should be compared more to a jaw crusher.
neat piece to someone who knows little about the subject.

DC is an actual litteral swamp, not a lot options for supporting this
Saudades de quando eu trabalhava como técnico em elétrica no britadores

Amazing process of stone crushing
Bro this is so fire I want one so bad
Is this more efficient / better than the eccentric cone crushers or plate crushers? Asking because this is the first time I see this type of crusher.

Do you have a discount for 5 of these? My raised bed is a bit lumpy. Thanks
So this is available in the "Metaverse"? Just asking :O)
So this is what happens when a horizontal impact crusher, a jaw crusher, and a gyratory crusher have a baby?
Is just in computer model or ready available in india
I have some beer cans to crush

excellent. I'll take two.
This a great presentation. I for one am in the business . It be helpful if you would follow the flow and explain the process through final screening
brb gonna take my Semi-Mobile Crushing Plant with Eccentric Roll Crusher for a spin to the other side of the quarry
@mbmmllc What do you think of this crusher design?
So good, I bought a spare one!

Cool. Thanks for sharing.
Nice is it a copy off the new krupp? Can it be use fore recycling?
Brilliant machine
Yeah You think this could really be called semi portable. I think that’s a stretch
I'll buy 5 please

Nope, this is garbage, I’ll stick with the conventional jaw crusher and screen plant..
Annoying music
I reckon _Burning Down The House_ by Talking Heads would be better.
