About your concerns:
-at the time Ishida made his infiltration plan he didnt know that Ywach could see the future.
-also yes the allmighty allows its user to see the future, but how far in the future is the real question
-Remember in cour 2 Ywach implied that he made Uryu his successor because Uryuu survived the Asuwalen (which took ichigo's mom powers and seemingly killed Uryu's mom). Which means Uryu is a kind of special case for the sole fact that he survived.
But with this flashback we can actually see him collapsing while his mother is standing. An dhe told ichigo that only he (uryu) can beat ywach because of the blood inherited by his moter and his grandfather. Which means the reason why he is special is tied to both his mom and his grandfather (It's very interesting because even us manga readers don't actually know)
