I have enjoyed the journey very much, all while learning so much! I'm looking forward to seeing whatever you do next. You do it right. God 1st, family 2nd, everything else finds it's place. God bless you and your family.
I get it...sometimes you gotta sell one to move forward. I've been building a duster as long as you've been driving this one. (I watch your channel a lot) I still haven't driven mine yet. And now you've sold it, the "low dollar duster" You do more than educate, or entertain....you inspire. Thanks for sharing all of the ups and downs over the years. Thanks for your help @ A-bodies too. You are appreciated more than you know.
Sometimes in life we have to prioritize things. I see with you Tim Family is first. Cars come and go but family is here for a lifetime. Sometimes at the end of the day, there is not enough hours in the day. That was a nice Duster, I would have been proud to have it. Have a good evening. 👍🇺🇸👍
Thank you for this nice montage ! Yes...120% with you with living the hobby around us...its hard for some , time and money is always a huge factor , experience and place is huge too ! You convinced a lot of people that a good simple 318 can do as good as a 340 , and spend 20x times less, i have 3x 318s for less than 400- 500$ and the simple parts and recipes that you gave us is very positive for the next years and decades to come , if...yes if..you want to have a fun and a reliable muscle car extremely cheap ! Been there and done that...spent too much on hp parts before knowing the TRUE potential of a good old 318 ! Thx again for the 318WR duster project !!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow, I thought the Dodge Magnum would have been the first to go, with all the disappointment it caused. What you said is true, not to let the hobby dictate your life. More than once I've had to remind myself of that. Sad to see the #1 Duster go, but glad someone who appreciated it got it. I tell you what, I wouldn't mind seeing an 80's Fury or Diplomat show up in your driveway! Lol. I always look forward to your videos!
Totally understand. At the end of the day, it was a car. Cars come and go, family is more important. My perspective on stuff changed after a fire 4 years ago. It sucked lost vintage guitars and vintage amplifiers I'd collected over several years. But after a while I realized it was just stuff I loved, stuff can't love you back. People get too wound up loving stuff, I know I did.
The things you did on that Duster, helped me alot on my Demon. It was good talking to you for a bit at last years NNN. Wishing you and your family well especially with all the holidays coming up. Thank you for all the videos & advice. 👍
I also have too many cars. My back/joints remind me that im no spring chicken anymore. Got the money got the knowledge. But time garage space and reality says concentrate on 1 or 2 at most
I saw the ad moments after you put it up for sale. I hope all is well with you all. Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to seeing the light blue Duster again. I always loved that gold scoop and the wheels on that car!
Sad day but life tends to throw a few curve balls after us I hope you got a good price for it truth is it's your stuff and you can do whatever you want with it the big buzz is you got it looking and going great for the next owner good job brother hood
You can always get another one and plenty of them around I always the Chrysler A and F body models with either a 318 LA small block V8 and 225 slant six cylinder engine with some modifications
Saw the listing. Hopefully it went to a good home. I like your contributions on the forum. They are useful!! I don’t post much, just read. A little to much gripping on most posts for me
i bought a 78 trans am roller in 2021. after all the hell ive gone through finding parts, dealing with qc problems, and getting run around by machine shops, im done after this car. i have a big block 4 speed 70 dart that i might finish and get street worthy, but after that, im sticking to go karts and mini bikes. too expensive and the mental anguish isnt worth it
Is it for fun or is it for sanity? Thats why we have hobbies in the first place they allow you to escape from reality. WHY not build one really nice race only car??? One really nice race only engine?? If you do decide to build a legit race car then I will support you. That way I can race you with my old 1970 Cuda. Everyone needs to go up against a Division 1 title winner once in their lives. I learned the most by watching the racers that won.
Ha! 100% complete lie. Never even mentioned making my Dad's truck fast, let alone race any other channel with it. Troll at its finest spreading fake news 😅
That car influenced a lotta people
Absolutely.
I have enjoyed the journey very much, all while learning so much! I'm looking forward to seeing whatever you do next. You do it right. God 1st, family 2nd, everything else finds it's place. God bless you and your family.
I certainly appreciate that! Thank you!

Wow, never seen that coming, gotta do what you gotta do. Best of luck
Thanks! Marching forward!!
Sometimes in life we have to prioritize things.
I see with you Tim Family is first.

Your perspective is honorable and equitable to the hobby and family.
Thank you, I appreciate that!

Thanks! I don't mind Diplomats, I've had them !! Magnum just isn't ready to sell at this time, but it should be nervous!! LOL
I'm sad to see it go I liked that car Tim. God bless Tim
Yeah, never like to see a MOpar leave the yard, but it will make more opportunity for other Mopars!! God Bless You as Well !!
such a cool car Tim, someone got a great car! Can't wait to see what you have in store down the road!
Thanks Jeff! Hopefully more progression in our future!!!!
Best part is you've already got the little guy in a 5 point harness.👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
😂 Never thought of it, but you are correct !!!!
That’s too bad. But, I understand. I only have two projects and they are more than I have funds and/or time to really focus on.
Thanks! Yes, they take time and money!
I'm glad that it found a good home and that you're all good with it. We gotta keep the main thing the main thing!
"Main thing the main things"... i like it! Thanks Mike!
Sad to see it go but sometimes you need to thin the herd. Keep up the good work. You have built up quite a following. Congrats!
Thanks TMM !! Yep, sometimes it's necessary to thin the herd! Never like to see a Mopar leave the yard, but it will make more time for other Mopars!
Totally understand. At the end of the day, it was a car. Cars come and go, family is more important.

Absolutely correct. Thanks!
🎶🎵Down by the riverside..🎶🎵
Great video Tim🇺🇲
Thanks!!! 👍👍
Someone will enjoy the car that you sold it to and have fun with it
Absolutely!
Never heard that version of down by the riverside.
The things you did on that Duster, helped me alot on my Demon. It was good talking to you for a bit at last years NNN. Wishing you and your family well especially with all the holidays coming up. Thank you for all the videos & advice. 👍
Thanks for the kind words and glad I could help! Wishing you and your family the best, too!
Happy belated grandfathership!
Thanks!!!
I don't think I've sold an old vehicle that I didn't regret selling at some point. But you can't always keep them without them being a burden
Noooooo not the Duster 😢. Been there before and understand Tim . Mopar old school for life .All the best for your family future . 👌🇦🇺✌️.
Thanks!! We still have a Duster and hope to get it out and about in the future!!!
I also have too many cars. My back/joints remind me that im no spring chicken anymore. Got the money got the knowledge. But time garage space and reality says concentrate on 1 or 2 at most
I know what you mean! Thanks!
I will have to watch the video later but am hoping it is a halloween trick. I love that Duster
Ha! Never even gave it a thought that I posted this on Halloween!! Thanks!

Hey, I appreciate that! We still have plenty of classics, too many in fact! 😅
One door closes, another opens! It's tough to see them go but can't wait to see what you do next with the others!
Absolutely! Thanks "T" !!!
Different folks Different strokes but I'm keeping my Duster.
Keep it !!! I still have one !! 👍
You can always get another one and plenty of them around I always the Chrysler A and F body models with either a 318 LA small block V8 and 225 slant six cylinder engine with some modifications
Yes, and actually I have another one !
All cool...but sad to see it go... One thing is for sure you can't buy time... Adjustments must be made... "Nothing is certain but change itself"
Very true, all of it!! Thanks!
Saw the listing. Hopefully it went to a good home. I like your contributions on the forum. They are useful!! I don’t post much, just read. A little to much gripping on most posts for me
Yes, it went to a good mopar guy. I agree, a few bad eggs bicker and ruin some good threads... lol
Many tears were just shed
Time to wipe the dust off the other Duster !!!!
Tim, it's a sad day goodbye blue duster!
It went to a good mopar guy. And.... we still have a "blue Duster" !

yeah, can't let them eat ya up!
How did the 2- 4 barrel carb setup work out ? I'm thinking of doing 2- 4's on my 440 big block.
Worked great with some tuning, I have a few videos of it
Sad to see it go, but I know how it is, I sold my demon so i could put more into another project. 👍
Sometimes we gotta let go to make room for other projects!
I might not have caught you mention it. Do you still have a 76 duster?
Yes, I have the '76 Duster! You'll see more of it in the future I'm sure.
I a 74 truck waiting on me now Time seems to be stolen some how I just can’t catch the thief
yeah, that clock seems to push us around... lol
We can't keep them all unfortunately.
Right ! Keep 'em till it doesn't make sense to keep 'em !!!
Is it for fun or is it for sanity? Thats why we have hobbies in the first place they allow you to escape from reality. WHY not build one really nice race only car??? Thanks! I'd say for fun and escapement.
This dude said he was going to make his dads d100 into a monster that was supposed to beat justmoparjoe at the eight mile...still waiting
Ha! 100% complete lie. Never even mentioned making my Dad's truck fast, let alone race any other channel with it. Troll at its finest spreading fake news 😅
Never sell a hobby car
Unless you have too many hobby cars!!! 😅
