Person merges into me then hits me from back Front Camera

1:05 they merge into us and hit our fender.
1:49 they rear-end us on our right rear fender
2:01 they rear-end us again
they pass on left hand side and take exit 74, I follow them.
2:20 they turn left from right hand lane against red light to flee, and stop and open car door in middle of intersection for some reason.
