In this motovlog, we take advantage of the long weekend to ride to Chikmagalur. Our destination is The Vintage, a villa homestay that I want to introduce the boys to. We have plenty lined up in this series, food, explorations around the area, and needless to say, some interesting rides too. Hop on for the ride, hope you enjoy part one of this adventure.

I think the Insta360 was placed better previously. That's very much eye catching even though the GoPro has a wide angle!! I think Insta360 could be placed left of the handle bar.

Natural beauty is good but the roads seem more or less in the same condition when I used to live in India 20 years ago.
Super kripal,the gadgets you are using is really great..
Initially the eyes are drawn to the Insta camera placed prominently upfront on the handle bar.
As the ride progresses into the magnificent wide open plains and skies the insta camera drops into irrelevance.
Sincerely hope Kripal, the adivasi herbal hair oils dies wonders for you. Riding your Fatboy with long dark hair blowing in the wind could be a treat to watch.

Amazing travel and ride vlog sir. Footage and editing is superb. Those timelapse footage of the insta360 reminds me of a old tv serial "Street Hawk" where the rider rides in supersonic speeds. Anyways thanks for sharing and wishing you many miles of safe and pleasant riding.

If i can chime in for a suggestion, please try and upload the vlogs pertaining to your moto rides in 4K resolution(30fps)
It'll be much more immersive experience.
Hi Kripal, nice vlog. Just for curiosity, dont you think a middle weight or quarter littre category bike is better for such roads and slow speeds? I feel heavy bikes are cumbersome in slow speeds.

Was waiting to catch up your rides sir, finally something to watchout, the rides, the feel of bike, the engine humming and the excitement to ride faraway from all that Bangalore adds up to our mind, the calmness, the environment, the smell of air that changes through every paddy, coconut fields and the time you feel yourself is a word that we can't express but just to feel.

I am thrilled to see that The Boys are back in action, taking short trips on their monsters. It's fantastic to see them together, enjoying the ride. However, I couldn't help but notice that the road has quite a few speed breakers. Please be extra cautious when approaching them.
But, don't let that spoil your fun! Take in the beautiful scenery as you ride, relax and let the wind blow through your face. You guys deserve to have an amazing time.

Thank you, glad you enjoyed the ride. Yes, the speed breakers were a bit of a chore, but we got past them smoothly. The next one features an interesting ride deep in coffee country, do stay tuned.
As usual, another great Vlog. The visuals are fantastic. The camera bang in the centre of the windshield kind of introduces am avoidable irritant when you show the view from the GoPro. May be it is better off if placed slightly lower or on the handlebar.
Sir, I remember on my day trip to Sakleshpur in 2019 - there were plenty of speed breakers
I rode to Sakleshpur had a nice meal in a local restaurant and came back same day just for fun, had just bought my Aprilia scooter (155cc) then :D :D

Hi Kripal, please make the vlog as you used to make it earlier. Real fun of motovlog is enjoying the front view when you are riding. Please don't turn the camera towards yourself again and again. This disturbs the enjoyment.
Tip Kripal sir , Ram mount will disrupt ur sensors on ur iphone…ur better of using old android phone for navigation or use vibration damper probably with a quadlock mount and you can thank me later

12:15, bikers should stop behaving like they are the kings of the road and respect lane discipline. The road is a shared public property and everyone has their right of way, without having to do what that verna did.
You seem to have a thing against bikers. All that the two motorcycles were doing was overtaking me on a clear stretch of road. The Verna accelerating recklessly from behind them, almost startling me in the left lane, was clearly and unnecessarily hurrying them up. Despite that they moved rather rapidly to the left to give way as you will see the red motorcycle do in the video. The last thing we want to do is prove anything, especially on the road.
