    Hi! I'm 62 years old and really enjoy this workout! Just the right amount of time and challenging as well. I combine it with a 15 min strength training workout with 5 lb weights and I'm good to go! I actually look forward to it. Time for myself!

    I have been dealing with a herniated disc L5 and L4 is DDD, as well as sciatica for a few years now! I have always been strong, fit and relatively “slim”. I’ve been doing yoga for quite a few years as well as distance walking. My sciatic nerve damage has been weak and my leg shakes a lot at times. I started doing your 28 day pilates exercises now for almost 3 weeks. I have to tell you that I am seeing and feeling a difference in my strength and healing! Thank you so much. I’ll keep going at my own pace with your routines. 🙏💜

    I’m nursing a broken foot and making up all sorts of excuses as to why I can’t exercise. Then I saw my ring in my closet and sought to find a video. Thank you for this! The pity part ends with Pilates!

    You look so graceful doing the nod and extend exercise. I cannot get myself up. 😢 I’ve always have had weak upper abs. How can I modify that and work my way up to the way it’s supposed to be done?

    Hi! I enjoyed this workout. I have pelvic tilt and need to strengthen my pelvic floor. I was intimidated and overwhelmed but this...this I can do! So thank you for making it uncomplicated. I want to learn more in order to heal & strengthen. Thanks again!

    I have found one in the trash.... as a bus driver this helped me immensly...i was at the point of not being able to breathe properly. After squizingnthis thing for hours my back feels alot netter and i can take deep breaths again....

      Hi! It can help to place a small folded towel underneath your lower back. Additionally, holding light 1-2 pound weights can be helpful during this exercise!

    Why does my hip hurt when I lay on my side? Like a sharp pinch. Maybe I need thicker carpet

      Hi there! It's difficult to say without seeing you, but a thicker mat might help (or you can try putting a folded towel/blanket underneath your side). You might also find it beneficial to try bringing your legs slightly in front of you. 🙂

    I have difficulty with the exercise when you are like a boat with the two feet and hands in ring. I just can not ho so up!! What is going on?

      That exercise is challenging and calls so many stabilizing and core muscles into play! Keep doing the routine and practicing and you will see progress in your strength. Trust the process!
