Slightly teal and jade greens are my favourite colour eyeshadow so I had to pick Emerald Eyes up, been looking for a single in that shade for so long! Thanks for your review, I was worried it might be too intense on my pale face to wear regularly but it looks like it's going to be perfect 🥰

🥰 🥰 Similar in that both work great as one and drones. CT are more sparkly and reflective, with a slightly more subdued shimmer in the LE 🥰 🥰

I love emerald eyes, they rose gold is also beautiful in your eyes! I agree with you regarding rose gold, it doesn't strike me as "rose gold" is like more champagne taupe.

I was interested in 2 shades the green and ( surprise) the taupe. But you made me want that champagne color to. I have the feeling I don't have to wait to much before make up my mind and actually order something. But these swatches where again so helpful, thanks. ( I also thought of you when I saw the new shades from VB liners, your perfect green is finally there!)

How does the Charlotte Tilbury emerald compare to the green in Pat McGrath celestial odyssey palette from last year's holiday release?
🥰 The PMG is a warmer green, but similar depths, and both are multidimensional and sparkly 🥰

The green is GORGEOUS! 😍 Is it thick or thin on the lid? Do you think it would be flattering on older eyelids?

So gorgeous!! I’d say somewhere in the middle. Not thin, but not overly thick either. As far as mature lids, it would be a matter of preference - I think they’d be beautiful, but I know many don’t like this much shimmer 🥰

I wonder if the green one will come back, it's gone from beautylish. The blue and green are gone off sephora (which means they are totally gone). I wonder if CT's website will restock these two.

How do these compare to Lisa Eldridge's liquid lurex formula and shades?
The formulas are completely different, the LE being liquid and CT being powder. Some of the CT shades are also shiner/more shimmery than the :LE. None of the shades I have of the CT are very similar to the LE shades, but you can check my Community Tab for a couple of comparisons! 🥰 🥰
to me, the emerald eyeshadow looks just like the green shade (vr emerald) in pat mcgrath's nocturnal nirvana quad

I didn’t buy Smoky Quartz so I wont be able to compare it (though I thought it looked very similar to Zora, which is part of why I didn’t get it). But I will have a comparison of Anjelica and Rose Gold, as well as Rose Golde, Diamond Eyes, and Emily are coming up on my Community tab 🥰 🥰
