"Baby ride"? They have to be at least 46 inches tall to ride alone and at least 36 inches tall accompanied by someone who meets or exceeds the requirement to ride alone.
Not to be rude, but he has some other videos with ride attendants telling him he's not allowed to take photos or videos on these rides, especially Prowler. Why post these videos anyways? Do people need to be doing things that can easily warrant them removed from the park? RSMO 316.230 went into effect way back in 2005, eight years before these videos of his on-ride experiences at Worlds of Fun were taped and posted here. This park and other parks in the state of Missouri (including Silver Dollar City and Six Flags St. Louis) have that information in their FAQs and that it's not just based on the rules of amusement parks but based on state and federal laws for amusement ride safety. This guy clearly broke the law by taking on-ride POVs and having them posted here.

Doesn't mean he had permission. He was told by one of the ride attendants at the end that he's not allowed to take photos or videos and that they have signs outside the ride to remind quests before they go on these rides. The state of Missouri banned people from taking loose items on rides starting in 2005 and says so in RSMO 316.230 if you look it up. Some of his other videos, he was caught sneaking his GoPro on the rides, including Prowler where the ride attendant right before dispatch told him he's not allowed to record but decided to do it anyways and try to hide the camera in some parts of the video and later admitted there were security guards at the station like he was going to be escorted out of the park.
@@mydogvlad No, a park guest’s failure to follow the rules is what really sucks. These parks have the right to escort people out of the park if they’re found to break the rules or most of all the law, including sneaking your phone or camera on these rides. If you want to do so, you need to get permission in order to legally do on-ride POVs and have the proper recording equipment and that they inspect them to make sure they can be steady and less likely to come loose. Therefore, it’s clear the guy behind this video broke the rules and he was caught in the end. There’s a video where he decided to capture his on-ride experience on Prowler and the lady at the beginning tells him “You can’t recording anything on the ride. If you break the rules in an amusement park, you put yourself in the position to become an embarrassment to others. RSMO 316.230 went into effect on January 1, 2005. Why we shouldn’t take photos or videos on rides, especially how phones and cameras count as loose articles is based upon state and federal laws for amusement ride safety. There are lots of videos where people going on these rides are told to put their phones/cameras away, and the ride crew have the right to stop the ride if anyone is caught breaking the rules. Taking photos or videos on rides may be cool, but breaking the rules and/or losing your phone/camera to the point of hitting another rider is NOT cool.
Cedar Fair needs to throw money on this ride. The boats are Beautiful but need updating. The path is fine but both hills are underwhelming and only one or two drops of water ever land on you.
