Bought it for the same reasons. Great performance, amazing picture in gaming mode. Brightness is still very good no complaints. Very close to the C3. Great review on rtings also.
Super TV,I bought mine three weeks ago,the films in 4k hdr is outstanding, the price is excellent at the moment.highly recommended.very happy.thank you for high lighting the B4
I also agree with you, I’ve always hated game mode the picture always looks dull. I’m considering the 48 inch B4, would you say this tv is bright enough?
Yeah the brightness is good, but what's the point in brightness if you keep seeing yourself and everything in the room during dark scenes and black screens. A screen that handles reflections well sounds better than the screen being bright, to me at least. Otherwise during daytime half of the screen is filled with reflections.

Playing Gears Of War 5 on this B4 is STUNNING, it's a 5 year old game but it's my first time playing it on an OLED after having a Sony LED for years and it's a revelation, it's like playing a brand new game.
@ yeah, have to latest firmware and everything. I just found out that if you keep this tv on max oled brightness it will dim after a few hours so it doesn’t overheat, i just lowered the backlight and now its fine.

I just bought one and i'm thinking into return it, in some moveis and tv shows i see drag in the motion. I'm trying to understand if i need to set something to perform in 100/120hz, but its somehow disappointing from someone who owns a 120hz monitor:
The trick is to put it on game optimiser BUT TURN OFF GAME MODE IN GENERAL SETTINGS!!! If you leave the game mode on in general settings it will absolutely ruin the picture quality of game optimiser
You could always by a central mounted stand for it. Cheaper than buying a more expensive TV with a different stand or another TV unit. Though you can buy them quite cheap from IKEA
Just ordered mine from Costco with a 5 year warranty I am stoked!!!
Me too! Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Hope the set up is easy…not too technical.
I've gone with this over a c3 also. Good enough is good enough and less to go wrong. Subscribed.

You’re welcome!
Today I bought the 48” for $699. It was $800 off at Best Buy
Are you happy with the purchase?@@75and1

Did you get the 48" B4? I need a TV for my sim racing rig but it will be in bright room.
Never looked at b models because they were always 60hz, now 120 has me changing my mind.
I'm going to buy it too .. thanks for video
B4 is incredible
Just ordered mine 65 inch one
Nice review what's the TV unit you have?
Thanks! It’s a basic TV unit from Ikea.
can you please tell me the stand to stand size in cm, (leg to leg) because i just bought the same TV , and i cant find the exact dimensions. TY a lot
It’s a Besta TV bench 120x40x38. I didn’t get any of the extra bits or legs as it sits nicely on carpet!
What kind of sound bar do you have? I'm thinking about getting one, I've gotten used to the speakers on the TV but can leave a lot to be desired
Sony X8500. Think it’s been replaced with another model.
any dirty sceen effect bud with lg i don't go for them because of that the dirty sceen effect
I purchased this TV, and the 4K quality looks excellent; however, I am not pleased with the appearance of the 1080p.

Just bought the 48 inch B4 for £548. You can't get it cheaper.
Great price!
from where did you buy that?
@Kamil-lz7do From the LG online store. I had 20% student discount (I'm not even a student lol)
@franklingoodwin from where please?

Hi, did you tried it on 4k 120hz Dolby vision? With game....in case do you notice something like screen goes black for a while constantly? Thnks
I’ve tried 120hz gaming, but it switches to regular HDR, games don’t support Dolby Vision, you might need to change it manually!

How do you think it is in games, do you need c4? Or a mini led tv because they are $200-$300 more suitable than this tv.
No this is brilliant for games! Get this one if you see it on sale.

Any comments on the dimming issues with this tv? Bought it and it dims randomly after a few hours of use. Its a knows issues with lg oleds.
I haven’t actually noticed any dimming! I’ll keep an eye on it. There was a new update a week or so ago, maybe try that and see if it improves?

dude use game optimizer for gaming, much much better.
Doesn’t look great. Plus, I play more single player games so I’m not bothered by the added latency.

I’m after the 48 inch version but the feet are too wide for my unit. 🫤
