It was much better before. Because of the covid situation the food delivery has deteriorated, but I heard the good service and presentation will be back soon

The fact that the seats are outdated is because KLM no longer invests in the B777-300/200s. The modern business class seats are in the KLM 787-9/10s.

The food looked great, you were too fussy, ive never had bad food on a flight, chill out and enjoy

Yes I agree. I fly business on different airlines and have never had bad food, ok some are obviously better than others and I avoid U.S. cartiers because they certainly can be well below standard.

Standard Business Class, nothing special. However KLM offer some great deals on fares so if you take advantage of these there’s really nothing to complain about. For me extra space and a flat bed are the best things about flying Business on long haul. Great value for money if you get one of their deals.
