Btw, paying God before paying other obligations as our rent, you seriously think God would want that? I do not agree with you in this matter, although I do understand the point you are making.
Thanks for your comment! I certainly agree with you that we need to pay our obligations of rent, and car payments, and all of those things. My point was that before giving to Caesar we should give to God. And I think God will bless us if we are faithful in giving even when the money is tight. To give God out of our firstfruits means to give Him out of what we have - not what is left over :)
