compilation of random footage from the past week, i stopped putting on the day titles because i've honestly lost track of time.......
i've gotten much more used to coffee!!! now i can drink it with way less sugar and oat milk im very proud of myself hahahaah
i've been eating the same meals every single day i'm honestly not sure how i am still not tired of it
trying to keep up with schoolwork, but that's honestly the least of my worries--good energy only--and that's not something i should be stressed about (staying positive and hoping for the best for the future months to come!)
i've been doing a lot of yoga and working out and the endorphins make me so happy throughout the day hahaaha
trying not to worry about moving out of this apartment and moving into another one later in summer...
my mental health has improved a lot!!!! i've been watching so much of hitomi's videos (she's such a beautiful person omg) and in one of her videos she talked about binge-eating as a form of self sabotage and i realized that that's what i've been doing to my own body so know i have much better control of how to treat my body better
more notes on that: i've learned and grown a lot since my freshman days. last month was sexual assault awareness month and it's taken me a while to realize this because i didn't want to accept the fact--but i did a lot of dumb things during first semester of sophmore year that i regret--but i've come to terms that i have been taken advantage of/sexually assaulted a few times-- i've learned to respect my body a lot more the past few months and to also love myself (which i am still in the process of doing)...i don't really dwell on the past but i have learned quite a lot from my past mistakes
it is amazing how fast the school year has passed-- literally a year ago (i was watching my freshman spring finals vlog) i was still panicking over deadlines and going to a concert etc. but now i'm just feeling quite ~zen~.. i also realized how young i am and how there's so much more for me to learn and grow from
i've been taking one day at a time so i don't get too stressed out by the situation.. i hope everything will get better soon and that you all stay safe!
tattooing myself: the tattoo itself? not painful. the position i was tattooing in? so painful i didn't know i could contort my body like that. a note: many apprentices practice on themselves to grasp how deep they are going so that on a real client, there will be no fuck ups. practicing on fake skin is completely different from real skin; fake skin is used as a way to practice getting used to your machine (that shit is heavy!) everything was done safely of course, i've been trained to do so. i've given myself till june 1 before i lose self control and tattoo my hand or to continue tattooing my leg :3
the tattoo that my friend did for me-- i know that it was completely irresponsible of me to break social distancing rules. we thought it would be okay given that we live in the same building and that we haven't gone anywhere except the grocery store. we also took all precautionary measures. i trust him because he was in china at the time it got really bad there, so he knows what he's doing. i also know that in a way i am endangering my roommates, but in reality, they haven't been really following the rules either...anyways i know that's not an excuse and i won't be doing it again
anyways, lots of rambling-- i hope that everyone stays safe during this quarantine!!! i will see you soon :D

The fact that she is 19 made me reconsider all of my life choices, I've been watching her for so long, but it never hit me how young she actually is atm, 2 years ago to now seems like ages looking at how much she's grown and changed, I'm proud to see that process and I really hope she's ends up in a happy, successful place in her life

Brandi Monard It's sort of a lot of things that cost around $10 like ink, needles, soap, stencils, gloves, vaseline. Lil things, but important. And then whichever machine you choose to get. I got one called the Dragonhawk Essence that was like &75. I'd say you could do it for under $200 to start out.
Just get it professionally done everyone, jasmine is an expert. If you did it yourself you risk infections, and it just generally looking like shit. It’s the same price if you want a nice piece

when u accidentally almost put ur brush in ur drinking cup rather than the cleaning cup my muscle memory flinched i do that so oftennnnn
If you add a hint of salt, depending on the strength of your coffee, it will cut down on the acidity and bitterness of the coffee. It can help you adjust to the coffee being less sweet. Use salt sparingly so you don't have salty coffee. An easy way to add salt is make a saline solution, 1/5 salt to water ratio, and slowly add a few drops of saline to the brewed coffee until it cuts the bitterness. Wicked new tattoo!
