For my feeding schedule for my 7 month old:
(i feed to sleep for every nap/bedtime)
Breakfast within an hour of wake up
Lunch after his first nap
Dinner within an hour of bedtime
haven't done snacks yet
We use babyganics suncreen might switch to pipette though.
i workout at home during his first nap and get SHREDDY best workout app ever!!!

lolll I'm the same way with my son! & then after contemplating it, he wakes up anyway.
I usually go off his cues. He's EBF but whenever I do eat, he eats too ( at least 3 meals a day per ped).

Hello, I am just discovering your channel and I love it. I was wondering what made you decide to become a sahm ? How do you motivate yourself to go through the day ? Do you plan to stay at home.for few years ? I am hésitating to become one.
It definitely is not easy! Just pray and ask the Lord what the right path is for you! I plan to have more babies and stay home until school and hopefully work again but whatever the Lord wants!
