I think out of every child in soap history Starr is the smartest. She knows how to play her parents so well and she never gives up, plus her attitude is so funny.
Like any real kid!!! I always thought it was very poignant and sad that this child was so desperate to bring her parents together. Oltl was making a point with that storyline.
Loved how the show followed up on that in 2011 when Todd said their fairy tale might still have a happy ending; just before Tea interrupted what could have been a really nice kiss.
@milpa24 i know! this line says so much about todd & blair with so little. two people with tortured pasts, grabbing for whatever they can get out of the deep insecurity of being abandoned and unloved as children. t&b are hardened individuals who only ever found true acceptance, love and happiness with each other. that really is a fairytale -- one that i hope has a happy ending by OLTL's cancellation!
This is the same, related ,problem when my parents had to split up from their personal problems in the same ways, at least both of my parents still love me regardless of the shitty circumstances they had in their relationships.I hated when they argued to my mother said that their problems never affected the love they had for me as their son really.
Todd and Blair showing once again how hard it is for them to resist each other. And Starr manipulating her parents. Her parents' daughter, all right. At times, Starr seems to be the only one of the 3 of them who knows how much, underneath their defenses, Todd and Blair really do love one another.

The way he looks at her -- it'll never get old. Love Blair's little smile as she turns away. :)
Starr was better at manipulating her parents than any other soap kid has ever been and probably ever will be.
You are so right about that! KA was awesome. She understood the T&B dynamic and her place in it. It was all very unique!

Todd's always believed in a fairytale with his One True Blair. :)
