so for the first week do i not play ranked also im on day 2 and the first day i felt good when i hopped into ranked but now im wondering how the traning is supposed to help if i do all that then when i hop into ranked aft 3 hours of training i have absolutley no nrg to focus on my game do i just push through or should i seperate training days from ranked days
@@pppoopoo1811If that’s how you feel then you should probably do a training day and then a ranked day alternating. When you play on ranked days you’ll know what you need to improve on and can work on it the following training day. But overall it really wouldn’t hurt to just keep up the training and not just stop after the one month. Just my thoughts, train however you like
Thank you so much for this video. I’m currently a high gc1 and peaked gc2 but I’ve plateaued and this has given me a training course for me to follow to get better. Everybody always uploads these for lower ranked players, you’re the first I’ve seen that’s aimed at post gc improvement
I got mid gc3 within 3 seasons of playing and I recently took a 4 season break and I just got back into it I'm currently sitting at low gc1 season 11 (I got gc last season) so I'm hoping this training will help me get back to where I originally was or maybe even better
I rarely ever comment on UA-cam videos and I haven’t played RL consistently for over 6 months but this absolute masterpiece makes me wanna jump on & grind all over again. Keep going Thanovic. Your effort and passion for your videos does not go unnoticed. Legend.
NGL I am very impressed by Jonk's instructions. I think any player could climb quite high following his instructions. Obviously the practice wouldn't be the same for everyone, but his instructions sound quite well thought through to me. Dude should be a coach for a pro team haha
@@JonkRL brother can a new player who has never used a controller reach the height of the pros one day using mouse and keyboard? i am such a weak new rocket league player and cannot commit hours like the pros do. should i just leave the game?

Loved the video, great storytelling. Here’s an idea for a future video, train a lower rank player, say a silver or gold for 30 days and see how far you can get them to rank up.
6:29 Hey thats me! Signing up for Rl-U has been the best choice for coaching for me as @Jonk can be a real hard ass when you need him too. I started off hating the training and seen no point in hitting the same shot over and over. But after Jonk watching replays of mine and pointing out mistakes that can easily be fixed with training. And re-enforcing the need for training, I now try and at least get an hours worth of good training in before I play. Also, as I've told Jonk. I need the hard push, not just basic this could be better bs. So instead he treats me like a GC (Peak is 10mmr out of C3), he puts me into spots where I need to workout what I could have done better in certain spots. Instead of straight telling me right away, this really helps as I can see what I should do in the higher ranks later on. Highly recommend RL-U if you are looking for amazing coaching sessions and people to play with!
Great to see the Wayprotein's Shooting Consistency training pack involved in your training (8:10). It's my most used training pack for more than a year & it carries me in champ lobbies against GC smurfs they can't save 70MPH bangers I put on their net from a variety of angles. 100% agree with the note about how you approach the ball. If there was only 1 training pack to pick I would pick that one.
After just a week of trying most of these tips, ive reached a new peak in 2s and 3s… used to be peaking in low 1600s and now I’ve hit 1654 in 3s and 1678 in 2s, great training!

ive been doing a similar (which consist of speed and creativity essentially word for word of whats being said ) training style for years and i can say if you stay consistent with this style of training you yourself become very solid but after a while the training needs to be changed around and modified because its benefits it gives early on dont last later on when you've developed more as a player!

I wish you could play training packs on a server with ping lol. Thanovic, your videos are always so helpful. Even though I've been stuck in platinum doubles and I'm so bad at 3v3, I'm silver. Really for the first time these last few months, I feel like teammates and lack of communication, is really holding me back.
