I feel so sorry for him. He was my favorite, and even though he isn’t in eddsworld, he STILL is my favorite. He honestly did not deserve all that hate because it wasn’t his fault he couldn’t be there for Edd. He said he messed up with some things and he apologized as sincerely as he could, but some people just can’t take it and it is very saddening. I believe he had a good time with his friends for a few episodes and I wish he could’ve been in many more.
Ppl forget that Eddsworld is not real life. It was a project Edd made of his friends and everything was exaggerated to a degree. Tom and Tord weren’t fond of each other but irl it was never as serious and full of genuine hate as it is in the show. The real Tord is not a hentai obsessed communist warlord. The real Matt is not a self-conceited bubble headed idiot. The real Tom is not a heartless alcoholic prone to exploding every 3 words. The real Edd wasn’t ignorant of his friends’ needs or struggles. It was a bond that was exaggerated to make it entertaining for others to watch. I always loved watching Eddsworld Tom and Tord fighting, Tom and Edd ignoring Matt, Matt and Edd laughing at Tom’s pain, etc, but I knew that the real Edward Gould, Thomas Ridgewell, Matthew Hargreaves and Tord Larsson were.. well, real people. Their bond in real life isn’t necessarily parallel to their bond in the show. It’s something that to me was always obvious and it irks me still seeing people accusing each of them of stuff and basing it on the show. Tord grew out of his immature behavior from when he and Tom used to talk, and that’s something we clearly see by how he’s apologizing for his comments and acknowledging his actions were likely the reason why they no longer talk. I’m never gonna put the blame on either of them because at the end of the day, I know little to nothing about their exact bond or their exact feelings about each other then and now. It’s hard to do everything that they did as a group of four, and it’s hard now that the person who was basically sticking them together is no longer here. I talk from experience here since I lost communication with friends after a mutual friend passed away, but it’s really awkward to text then again after many years have passed, even if you want to talk again or even just apologize and settle things maturely to avoid a needlessly prolonged resentment. It’s hard, and I don’t expect them to do it, but also let’s not pick apart and take sides of something we have no say in

This was actually sad to listen to, I'm glad that he is fine and well. I can't imagine the feelings that he felt when he realized that Edd passed away. The "I wish I could've been there" made almost cry, I can't imagine that feeling. I remember watching this video when it came out. Tord was always my favorite and it sucks things had to go the way they did. I feel so sorry for him. He was my favorite, and even though he isn’t in eddsworld, he STILL is my favorite. He honestly did not deserve all that hate because it wasn’t his fault he couldn’t be there for Edd. He said he messed up with some things and he apologized as sincerely as he could, but some people just can’t take it and it is very saddening. I believe he had a good time with his friends for a few episodes and I wish he could’ve been in many more.
Ppl forget that Eddsworld is not real life. It was a project Edd made of his friends and everything was exaggerated to a degree. Tom and Tord weren’t fond of each other but irl it was never as serious and full of genuine hate as it is in the show. The real Tord is not a hentai obsessed communist warlord. The real Matt is not a self-conceited bubble headed idiot. The real Tom is not a heartless alcoholic prone to exploding every 3 words. The real Edd wasn’t ignorant of his friends’ needs or struggles. It was a bond that was exaggerated to make it entertaining for others to watch. I always loved watching Eddsworld Tom and Tord fighting, Tom and Edd ignoring Matt, Matt and Edd laughing at Tom’s pain, etc, but I knew that the real Edward Gould, Thomas Ridgewell, Matthew Hargreaves and Tord Larsson were.. well, real people. Their bond in real life isn’t necessarily parallel to their bond in the show. It’s something that to me was always obvious and it irks me still seeing people accusing each of them of stuff and basing it on the show. Tord grew out of his immature behavior from when he and Tom used to talk, and that’s something we clearly see by how he’s apologizing for his comments and acknowledging his actions were likely the reason why they no longer talk. I’m never gonna put the blame on either of them because at the end of the day, I know little to nothing about their exact bond or their exact feelings about each other then and now. It’s hard to do everything that they did as a group of four, and it’s hard now that the person who was basically sticking them together is no longer here. I talk from experience here since I lost communication with friends after a mutual friend passed away, but it’s really awkward to text then again after many years have passed, even if you want to talk again or even just apologize and settle things maturely to avoid a needlessly prolonged resentment. It’s hard, and I don’t expect them to do it, but also let’s not pick apart and take sides of something we have no say in

This was actually sad to listen to, I'm glad that he is fine and well. I can't imagine the feelings that he felt when he realized that Edd passed away. The "I wish I could've been there" made almost cry, I can't imagine that feeling. Also he took such a good route on making this video, he kept it precise, addressed everything and didn't blame anyone. Honestly i hope Tord is doing okay now. it must be hard losing an online friend seemingly out of nowhere after being such a big part of their life. id like to think he still thinks about eddsworld and the other members that were a part of it but, as he said, he doesnt have contact with matt or tom anymore and i remember tom saying he had no way of contacting tord before putting him back in the end part 1. i dont think there are any sour feelings left over because of how he talks about the other members and especially how he apologises to tom for making fun of his religious views, and i think people should stop speculating that they hate each other. its clearly just a case of 2 teens not getting along

I remember watching this video when it came out. Tord was always my favorite and it sucks things had to go the way they did. I didn't like the way they made him a villain in the finale and I wonder what he thinks of that use of the character. I also wonder what Tord would've done if he ever ran Eddsworld, seeing as how he's the only original main star that hasn't. I know he's not going to want to do that though. I hope he's doing stuff we can see and like even if we don't get to know it's him doing it. Who knows maybe I've seen some of his hentai if he still draws it on the side.
