You are doing an excellent job of showing that Norway is more than fjords and wooden churches. And that in Norway a cold day in January can be absolutely beautiful. Hopefully, those people who are responsible for promoting tourism in Norway will recognize what a great job you're doing and help you out a little bit.
I have been watching these for 2-1/2 years now, and I enjoy seeing certain ones over and over again ...... always exciting, and always beautiful scenery thru every season !!!! I have lost count of how many times I have fallen asleep to the lull of the train carrying me thru the night ! Thank you HCG !!!

We don't see this half of the journey very often...
When you are traveling through those LONGGGG tunnels, do you ever get concerned that you will exit into another time and place?
Is there a crew compartment on your commute to Ål or do you just travel with the regular passengers? Do you ever do the Oslo-Ål run and then commute back to Voss?
No crew compartment. And yes, we do Oslo - Ål on the same day and commute back to Voss.
About 55 to 56 minutes into the video, you passed a round tower to the right of the tracks. I realize it is probably not in use any more, but can you tell me what it was used for if you know. Thanks for the videos.
A quick question, do you wear eye protection on your runs when the sun is shining so bright. It bothered my eye a little just watching it on UA-cam! :-D

Hey there Luigi. We've been asking ourselves that for decades. The politicians compete on how good they are going to make the railway, but they are just deregulating and destroying it slowly.
I don't think I will be around the day the railway administration decide to double the tracks.... the are just not visionary enough.
