Eh, there's really no reason for city cars to pursue a vehicle way outside their city limits when county and state has enough resources present to continue the pursuit without them. The supervisor made the right call by calling his district cars back to the city and allowing his K9's to stay in the pursuit since there were no other K9's.

the ticking sound is the helicopter engine. you would have to program an algorythem in excell to be able to compute it out. or go thru manually and only highlight when the narrator speaks.
If they really want their channel to 'blow up' they'd mix in dash cam footage and body cam footage. That'd be great. FLIR /MWIR is nice, but we don't get to see the true 'color' of what's going on down on the ground.
