I purchased a win module from a junkyard and keys from Amazon I've run into a similar issue but the problem still exists I cannot start my car I could use a solution.
I used the alfaobd program and accidentally activated the “elv replaced” function, now the car won’t start and is looking for the elv module, which the Chrysler Town Country 2011 doesn’t seem to have. Is it possible to register tpm again when there is no module?
I have never been able to use used on 2008 to 2010. The vin won't rewrite. Also even the used you can program he has missed steps. This process only works on new modules.
Can you get the PIN code if you don't have access to the original WIN module anymore? The replacement is a new module. Someone said you can set your own PIN if its new. How do you do that with the IM608?
Yes! It will work with any fobik key system on Chrysler vehicles. I’m not sure why would dealer tell you that because I have done the same truck couple days ago.
@@huyug1 The first gen 08 to 10 are different..... They can be reused with tools other the 608. But I have never gotten the 608 to reprogram an 08 to 10 which is probably best anyways cause of the recall. You would need to be very careful to make sure the recall was done on your donor vehicle or you will likely be violating the law. The 11 plus can be reprogramed with my im608 I have done it many times but if you follow this video it will never work. This is only the process for new.

We have a VW Routan that the original key cannot be recognized by the module so we have no pass code to transfer to the new module to program the new keys. What do you suggest?

So can you put a win module used on the car or you have a to put a new one
In some cases you can put used one and clear and program it to the new car. Other is opening module,reading MCU, and transferring it to the donor one.

And how come you didnt want to reprogram original fobrik to new module?

Depends on if you are using a new or used module.
If it's new you make the code yourself
Used a unprogrammed key to turn on the module it will allow you to pull the pin.
