- The Valley’s Jax Taylor confirms that he and Brittany Cartwright are still separated. He takes the blame for his sex life with Brittany diminishing, explaining that he was being crushed by the pandemic and losing their spot on Vanderpump Rules. He also reveals that their breakup happened because of poor communication, infidelity had nothing to do with it and they see each other every day while co-parenting their son.

It’s hard for me to look at Jax and not see serious mental health issues. Not a therapist or a doctor but I think he struggles with some sort of personality disorder that makes him great tv and a horrible husband. I don’t think he’s a terrible guy but we’ve all seen him be terrible to people over the years. It’s something more than selfishness.
I think Stassi’s test for her podcast with him was spot on.
Adhd, comes with a LOT of anger issues, impuls control issues, acting out, never a silent moment in their head, restlessness and exhaustion competing emotions, ego issues ….there are good medications now and lots of help!❤

Brittany is the primary caretaker of their child, and the marital home is their child's home. Brittany should have been able to stay in the house with Cruz. It's the environment Cruz is feels comfortable and safe in and it really just shows what a 🗑 person Jax is to make Brittany be the one to move out.

I feel for Jax when it comes to the therapy thing. when i was in high school the principle said i needed to do therapy after a traumatic incident involving my mother. i did and that same night i got home to a voicemail of my mother repeating what i had said. turns out this therapist was my mothers friend from high school and told her what i had said about her abuse. i still refuse to see a therapist 18 years later

The fact that these two were ever friends after the Kristen situation still blows my mind. Jax showed zero regret or emotion and verbally spit in Tom’s face when he confronted him, in tears, about it. I think Stassi’s test was spot on.

Jax is not wrong...I always saw ADHD combined with drinking/drugs which brings the acting out/mean/sexual side of individuals...take your meds man and stop drinking etc.
One of the side effects of taking your meds more times than none is sexual disfunction and that makes it a hard "pill" to swallow. If it's a problem talk with your doctor...they maybe can help you.

They’re just not meant for each other. You can see it on the valley. Her drinking is horrible especially as a married mother. She’s self medicating and it clearly repulses Jax. It’s a mess. Think she’s holding hope for a second child. Jax can’t face any of it but isn’t financially secure enough to pull the plug completely hence his conflict.

We ALL knew this will happen…. Why Brittany was so determined to get marriage and have his baby ? 🤯🤯 Jax alteady said. that he was no longer attracted to her anytime she would put in a little bit of weight.
Y'all. He cheated and she took him back. She had 2 choices. 1.) Leave him and move on. 2.) Take him back, forgive, work through it, and heal.
She opted for a 3rd. The "Take him back, say she forgive him, but then never healed. She's been living in the "You owe me until I determine the debt has been paid!".
No matter how hard he tries, she hasn't truly healed. Not in the sense where she is willing to accept that real forgiveness in full means relinquishing the temptation to punish. From a counseling perspective, it looks like she's willing to justify any lack of accountability by pointing the blame to him. He's asking her to slow down on the drinking. She won't. Then he's mad because he can see what it's doing to her. He loses his apathy (rightfully so) and she gets mad and bashes him.
Had he not cheated, and then worked on himself for so long, and this was her attitude, it would be unacceptable.
But this is the reality of those who go back into a relationship where there was hurt. Without fully healing, the one who got hurt will forever think that the other needs to earn them back.
Maybe he didn’t give her the option for #2. She expressed that every time they tried to work through it, he got defensive and shut down the conversation. You can only do so much when your partner doesn’t want to take accountability and truly work through those feelings with you.
I wonder if Jax needs to make peace with his mother because I’m fairly certain he hasn’t given his current circumstance I’m pretty sure that anger runs real deep. 🤔
Jax was never into Brittany. She mentioned how he talked to her etc and she had to move out. He's not attracted to her so there's no surprise on their separation.
We only know what we see on TV. I think Jax needs love and support from everyone. I believe he truly has a big heart and cares for Brittany. He has changed so much as we have watch him grow and mature through the years. He has a lot of maturing to do, but he is aware of that. That takes a big man to realize his issues and is willing to change.

Jax should look into whether he has PTSD or something....it sometimes takes people a long time to find a therapist who is trained in trauma. He seems like he might have it, he's kind of explosive.

Jack’s Sandoval and Schwartz are weak. I had so much pressure I was married. I had a kid I lost my job get over it. It’s called life being adult stop blaming anybody and everybody else for selfish. The three of them go live together happily ever after and leave everybody else alone.
