- I love hot pot, and New York is stepping up its game in making them really spicy but very cute! The first place I went to Liuyishou hotpot has its broth base molded into an adorable cow, but when the broth starts to boil, it's not a very happy ending for the cow. The second location I went o Xiang hot pot has their broth base molded into a teddy bear, and they offer amazing plates of beef and wagyu beef that will melt your heart a soul away.

@@philrossiter2790 Sadly I believe Mikey doesn't really know any other youtubers. I mean a crossover would be funny and interesting by concept alone, but you can't just shove a bunch of reviewers together and expect them to go on wacky adventures.

the employees have to be around the customers when eating hotpot, as they can take orders faster that way. this always happens in fancy hot pot places. if you don't like being stared at, leave.

A local authentic dipping sauce from Chongqing (where liuyishou originated), is just a bowel of sesame oil and a big chunk of minced garlic 💕best with the tallow base. You could also order the secret menu item goose intestines. I miss home!

I use to live in Chengu and Chongqin in the Sichuan province of China, well known for their spicy food. I legit thought I was going to die eating at their hotpot restaurants but it is absolutely delicious and worth it.

- mashed garlic
- oyster sauce
- salt
- soy sauce
