Do you know why light is leaking into the interior under the walls?

Check the joint where the light leak in your model, a 1 mm gap can cause light leak in Twinmotion. Usually happened in Archicad in 2 joint walls or in ceiling.

The textures on the house need a lot of work, it looks really fake. Also the lighting and atmosphere need tweaking, it looks too much CGI.
