• A constitution bench is a bench consisting of 5 or more judges of the Supreme Court that is set up to decide a case based on the interpretation of the Constitution. Conditions- Article 143 of the Indian Constitution defines the conditions in which a constitution bench can be formed.

Art370 :
GOI resolve the historical sensitive issue i.e ., Art 370 in the innovative manner . I support the decision taken by the government .
Reasons :
1 . Through this decision India become as " ONE NATION - ONE CONSTITUTION "
2 . Promote Equality , Unity among the all the indian citizens .
3 . Boost the J&K economy through tourism , foreign investments etc., by this provide the employment opportunities to the local people
4 . j&k citizens get the benefits from the centre as per health , welfare , education.
5 . check the terrorism , border issues , corruption .
6 . promote the coordination & cooperation b/w jk with rest of india
7 . Before in many scenarios jk citizens define themselves as a jk citizens bcoz of their separate constitution , laws , provisions but now due to the repealing of Art370 they define themselves as a indian citizens .❤❤❤
Every coin as 2 sides likewise here also some problems are there but government as the responsibility to build a trust among the jk citizens.
