can we talk about how deadly and OP mina's quirk is she's the liquid ranged girl version of tomura shigaraki and add her strength, flexibility and reflexes also the technique of how she use her quirk in climbing(like what endeavor did), shield&offense(acid man), and for her movement of speed(Festival)&Acid Viscosity, Acid shot(long range).etc.
Minas quirk is a Sleeper quirk. This quirk has main character level potential And you even described the non lethal potential of it. A shame she doesn't want to hurt villains because THEY want to hurt her and her friends.

Image, she could as much acid, as Endeavore or Dabi can use fire. It would be even fatal for each enemy, as if, they fight them. I think i would want acid mist (like futton from naruto). It would be more similar to fire (as normal acid is similar to water). But, can be probally more fatal than fire. Light acid mist in the air, could attack the eyes or lungs of the victems (like Jack the ripper in fate). It would be funny, to have a big mist, like the gas boy in the forest had, but instant of sleep gas, it would be a strong acid. Without air attacks, nearly no one could go near to you, without high damage
Most people say Mina can’t beat Deku well I say she could. She has many defensive and offensive capabilities. She has a range advantage and can use her quirk more often than Deku. She can gain environment control easily by spreading her surroundings in acid for a defensive stance. And if that doesn’t work she could just use her acid shield or Acid man, heck I bet she could burn anything that touched her. People don’t really seem to understand what acid does to you. If Deku had time to prepare and could think of a plan then he would win. But most likely Mina would become too overwhelming. Mina may not be the smartest but she certainly not a moron. I don’t believe that she could beat Bakugo, Todoroki, or Fumikage(maybe Denki) but the other students she could most likely, I mean how do you defend yourself against acid, Momo could create an alkali to neutralise it but Mina would still be too overwhelming.
if i had any quirk it would be called pixelate, it works similar to over hauls quirk but unlike overhaul it dosent work on people or animals. it allows the user to break objects down into small pixels witch can be stored in inventory on the users wrists or be turned into any object they want, this includes fire arms. but the draw back is all the objects the user makes are made of pixels and can be broken easily if not made from a hard material such as metal or stone and that is another down side, the harder the material is the longer it takes pixelate. last but not least the user can not pixelate material with highly complex structures like diamonds or tungsten, but the less complex the structure is the easier it is to pixeate(excludig water and gasses because they do not have a set form)
It does explain why she has horns mutations can happen without involving the quirks ability tokoyami has a bird head what does that have to do just having a sentient beings living inside your body Kodas head has nothing to do with his ability and Tanya has Arrow shaped eyebrows but that doesn’t mean it has anything to do with his speed

She's really powerful. Heroes aren't aloud to kill villains but she could do it easily.
She could evaporate the acid making her one of the most powerful members in class 1A
