Look, JB is one of my favorite drivers of all time. But sometimes I wish that Barrichello was able to clinch the 09 title. Would have been so late in his career, and such a sweet feeling too.
É a vida
Linda e merecida homenagem!
I got a PS1 for Christmas 1997 and got F1 97 as my first game. I used to play the Stewart team mostly as they were based in my hometown Milton Keynes and Rubens was the first driver. He became my favourite driver to watch especially in 1999 when he did amazing stuff for Stewart.
Barrichello overtook Damon Hill _on track_ for P3 at Donington. Go figure. When Prost stalled, Barrichello moved up to P2, only behind Senna. His pole position in France '99 is often overlooked, as well as his superb performance in Brazil '96. He had so many exceptional performances before making the fatal mistake of joining Ferrari. He would have been a multiple champion if he had been given a proper position to fight for titles. (Remember, Barrichello was the F3 champion, beating David Coulthard).
Yes, I remember back then he declined an offer to join McLaren and went to Ferrari instead. With Mika retiring he'd compete as equal with Schumacher. Of course Schumacher is better, but I still believe he'd win at the very least one WDC.
As a Brazilian I saw Piquet and Senna and of course I was very happy with their tittles and also other achievements from other Brazilian drivers( like Gugelmim's and Roberto Moreno's podiums) but my favorite is this warrior called Rubens. Was fantastic and very special to watch every qualifying, race, to listen every interview, to face very strong rain in Interlagos to watch his races...a fantastic career, even without tittle. Obrigado, Rubinho!
There are many more moments of brilliance that didn't translate into results in the end, but were equally impressive. The take back on Schumacher at the hairpin in Magny Cours in 1999, the astonishing speed at fast tracks such as Spielberg (where the final result had to be arranged by the team twice), Silverstone and Monza, his second place at Montreal 1995 with Jordan, where two years later he had an over the edge performance with an unreliable Stewart, and the breathtaking overtake on Schumacher at Hungaroring 2010
When i was a child my first favorit driver was Rubens...because he was showing patience and calmness in each and every lap but stays strong in the same time!❤

What a honor to have Rubens as a driver from my country! Pretty injusticed, giant heart, family guy and amazing driver.
Grande Rubens Barrichello do Brasil!
His win in Britain 2003 is pretty underrated! It was a great performance from his which displayed his overtaking ability!
His best race imo. Those overtakes were sensational. It was a race performance any driver no matter how many wins or championships they have to their name would be proud of.
This is amazing!! I've been following F1 for my whole life and it's incredible how fast we forget things. Well done F1!! Magic moments Rubinho 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Super underrated driver, he deserved a title.
At least 2x. He had talent for this.
thanks Rubens, for you I began to see formula 1. I cried with joy and sadness with your achievements and falls. I will always remember the wonders you did with Stewart Ford. Today I still miss you in F1. Eternally thanks Rubinho. From Argentina a great fan.
Eternamente gracias Rubinho. Desde Argentina un gran fans.
What a humble and talented man. He was one of those drivers that no one could hate. F1 needs more drivers like him.
Obrigado!!
Pé esquerdo!!! Kkkk o Rubinho acelera com o pé trocado!
Rubens Barrichello has been uncrowned Formula 1 World Champion but he is one of the greatest drivers in the history of motorsport
Baita piloto, baita cara gente boa... one of the greats!!!!!! ever!!!!! acelera rubinho..
Look, JB is one of my favorite drivers of all time. But sometimes I wish that Barrichello was able to clinch the 09 title. Would have been so late in his career, and such a sweet feeling too.
É a vida
Can’t believe beating the stig didn’t make the list! 😂
Finally found this!
That was epic 😄
Linda e merecida homenagem!
I got a PS1 for Christmas 1997 and got F1 97 as my first game.
I used to play the Stewart team mostly as they were based in my hometown Milton Keynes and Rubens was the first driver.
He became my favourite driver to watch especially in 1999 when he did amazing stuff for Stewart.
Unfortunately here in Brazil, he is mocked by the people that do not know the sport... Rubens is one of the best drivers that raced in F1
Rubens Barrichello brilhante!!!
🇧🇷❤️

I've been asking for months for this video! Thanks! I'm going to enjoy it!
You really deserve Rubens! You are a true hero! You inspired many people to chase their dreams.
93' and 94' Jordan with him behind the wheel was certainty of great racing and fun. He was a great young gun to come
My fav driver EVER.
Easily.
After Senna, obviously.
Underrated as fock!
Rubinho you're a real LEGEND.
Rubens is one of the the best drivers ever, and also one of the most unlucky.
What a great tribute to this great F1 driver. Congrats Rubinho. You are a Hero!
Grande momento do Rubinho Barrichello... GP Grã-Bretanha 2008, com a Honda chegou em 3⁰!!! Brilhou na chuva
Rubens was pure heart on wheels!
A great driver, true racer, and an amazing person with a big heart. Legend of the sport!
As a Brazilian, even here he's still underrated. And nowadays he still is a setup and rain monster.
An amazing driver and by all accounts an even more amazing person. Barrichello fan for life over here.
Rubens é muito bom piloto, muita classe, cê tá doido
Rubens is one of the best drivers of all time
No doubt

When i was a child my first favorit driver was Rubens...because he was showing patience and calmness in each and every lap but stays strong in the same time!❤
